Price x Y/N

Price had been a steadfast captain for years, commanding loyalty not just from his team but also from the love of his life, Y/N. Their marriage, built on shared experiences in quiet moments, had also weathered the storms of an intense working environment. They had found themselves tangled in a few passionate encounters amidst the adrenaline of missions gone well or the tension of ones gone wrong. But today, they were both feeling particularly nostalgic, feeling the rush of adrenaline that only being together could bring.

As they prepared for a briefing, Price glanced around the bustling headquarters, noting the heavy air of anticipation as the team awaited the day's assignments. Y/N was beside him, focused and determined, but he could see the flicker of mischief in her eyes. He grinned, his thoughts quickly spiraling away from mission reports and tactical strategies.

"Hey," he said, a teasing lilt in his voice. "Meet me in the briefing room? I need to discuss a strategy."

Y/N raised an eyebrow, suspicious yet intrigued. "In the briefing room? Isn't that a little… risky?"

"That's the point," he said, his tone dropping to a seductive whisper as he playfully entwined his fingers with hers. "Just a quick chat."

Without waiting for a reply, he gently pulled her into the empty meeting room, shutting the door behind them. The familiar scent of wood and the lingering warmth enveloped them, casting away the worries of their day-to-day roles. In an instant, the seriousness of their careers melted away, replaced by a heat that had often sparked between them in high-stakes moments.

Their lips met, igniting a fire they both had tried to stoke quietly over the years, but which inevitably burst into flames whenever they found themselves alone.

In that small room, the world outside faded. They were lost in each other, completely enveloped in the moment, unaware that their sanctuary was about to be interrupted.

Soap, ever the curious type, ambled down the hallway, whistling a tune that echoed in the still atmosphere. As he approached the meeting room, he noticed the door slightly ajar. He paused, a sly grin spreading across his face as he peeked through the gap.

To his amusement, he found Price and Y/N wrapped up in an intimate embrace, their hands roaming and passion evident. It was a scene he had become all too familiar with, and instead of interrupting, he simply leaned against the wall, reveling in their devotion, a smirk playing on his lips as he witnessed the couple's affection.

The moment stretched, filled with stolen kisses and laughter, until the tranquility was shattered by a voice that brought them crashing back to reality.

"Erm, not again," Ghost's gruff tone echoed from the doorway. He stood there, arms crossed, an exasperated expression plastered across his face, his eyes narrowing in annoyance.

Both Price and Y/N froze, recognizing they had been caught… yet again. They quickly pulled away, cheeks flushed and heartbeats racing, their earlier atmosphere turning to one of sheepishness.

"Ghost, we can explain…" Price started, but his words fell flat, overshadowed by the knowing look on Ghost's face.

"Save it, captain. You two know how to pick your moments." Ghost rolled his eyes, but there was an almost affectionate hint as he added, "We're supposed to be working, not getting tangled up in the briefing room."

Y/N managed a sheepish smile, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. "We lost track of time?"

Soap couldn't keep the laughter at bay any longer, stepping into the room. "Aye! You'd think we were in a soap opera or something, the way you two go at it."

Feeling the flush creep up his neck, Price shot a playful glare at Soap. "Just remember, this is your last warning about barging in, yeah?"

Soap raised his hands defensively, still grinning. "Always a pleasure to witness, mates. Just try not to make it a habit… or at least wait until after the debriefing."

With that, he stepped back, leaving the couple to share a knowing glance filled with amusement and warmth, even amidst the embarrassment. Their world may have been chaotic, filled with missions and controversies, but moments like these reminded them why they had each other. The thrill of love, even if stumbled upon in the most unexpected places.

With the door now ajar, they could hear the muffled sounds of the rest of the team preparing for the briefing. Smirking at each other, they both knew that no matter the surprises that came their way, there would always be moments like this that made their lives infinitely more interesting.
