Chapter 18

Inside their dorm , Kian was staring at the red energy coating his hands.  He couldn't control it properly and sometimes failed to direct it to the direction he wanted it to go . He was trying to understand how he should upgrade and cultivate his energy .

From what he had observed before , this energy can enhance the strength and speed of his attack . When he targeted his energy coated arrow , the target was immediately destroyed by it . It's humanely impossible for him especially when he's limited to his gender but seems that there's more to his energy .

He's been searching for some clues regarding his power system but there's still no result . Wexxinians are so mysterious that they almost left no datas about themselves. Kian eventually gave up , maybe there will be a time that a miracle will happen that would let him be enlightened about the use of his power just like the genuises in history , albeit he's not a genius regarding the field of magic . He could only support his 'talented' husband who possessed powerful and overpowerful magic affinity. 

When Jameson stepped out of the room . Kian pouted in envy , Kian's body is now undergoing a fast growth.  Look at his body , before , he only have a small outline of four packs of abs , now , his body has already toned and the outline of his abs have become more noticeable.  It especially good to the touch whenever he rubbed the during his sleep .

Jameson noticed Kian's eyes and smiled . " What's wrong . "

Kian sighed . " Just envious.  " He honestly sai and beckoned to him to take a seat on the bed .

Jameson obediently sat on the edge and handed him the towel . Kian recieved the towel and started drying Jameson's body. 

" You have grown a lot . "

Jameson smiled. " Really ? "

" Hmmm " Kia nodded and looked at his handsome husband. 

" I'm afraid someone would snatch you from me. "

Jameson turned his head to his direction and immediately pounced on him.  Kian was pushed down as Jameson hovered over him . Kian widened his eyes in surprise and put aside the towel. 

" What are you doing? Pouncing over me all of a sudden , are you a beast? "

Jameson chuckled.  " Yes , I am . " He answered and dropped a kiss on his nose .

Kian blinked and pursed his lips . A crimson flushed surfaced upon his cheeks , causing him to look more alluring in the eyes of his alpha. 

The alpha suddenly narrowed his eyes as he gulped hungrily . " Hey honey , why don't we make baby? "

Jameson immediately recieved a slap on the temple by his aggressive omega . The alpha immediately pouted aggrievedly . " I'm just suggesting it honey , why are you so angry.  "

" Our country is still in the middle of the war and you want me to carry a little bun while fighting in the frontlines ? "

Jameson touched Kian's belly and snuggled into his neck . " But I want a baby . "

" We're still babies ourselves . "

" No , we're already adults . " Jameson denied .

" Why are you being childish today? " Kian frowned. 

Jameson bit his lower lip . _ I'm just suggesting to make love!!! _

Jameson rubbed his nose within the crook of Kian's neck and started dropping kisses after kisses.  Kian pushed away Jameson's face but Jameson came back. 

" You've becoming more and more clingy these days , Jameson.  "

Jameson layed on is side and hugged Kian.  " I'm just tired of reading books all ay.  I want to take a break.  "

_ you're just fccin h*rny. _  Kian rolled his eyes .

Well , Kian himself is also having a headache for reading hundreds of thousands of words these past few days . Taking a small break would suffice. 

Kian sighed then turned to his side to hug Jameson and started kissing Jameson . Jameson growled then suddenly topped.

And they do smut ....

Next morning, everyone went to the botany room. The teacher taught them how to communicate with different kinds of magical plants related to their affinity.

Students with high wood affinity were especially the main characters of this classroom. Nevertheless, there are also plants that don't necessarily need high wood affinity, on the other and there are special plants that existed which possessed a certain type of element, such as a plant that controls fire or poison.

Kian ran behind Jameson and looked at the book in his hands. Several characters that they could somewhat comprehend were written in it.

" Can you tame it? " Kian asked and looked at the magical sunflower on top of the table which surprisingly emits electric currents.

Jameson looked at the ancient characters written under the magic rune drawn in the book. " Probably " Jameson answered.

Jameson turned his head to the side and patted Kian's head. " Take a seat and don't run anywhere. "

Kian nodded and pulled a chair beside Jameson. The two then turned to look at the swaying sunflower. Kian waved his hands and was immediately electrified by the sunflower. Kian flinched and immediately withdraw his hand.

" So aggressive " Kian chuckled and waved his hand to fan the burning sensation..

Jameson captured Kian's hands and furrowed his brows in concern. " Does it hurt? Do want me to get an ointment in the space? "

There is indeed a box of first aid kit in the space, but Kian knew that it is limited. Kian shook his head in refusal. " It's just a shock, it doesn't hurt at all. "

Kian stared at his red fingertips, he couldn't feel anything and they were all numb, but doesn't caused him any disturbance.

Jameson was still studying the magic rune in the book and Kian was left to guard the plant. The other students also did the same. They covered their plants in a glass container that glows with runic symbols. It was really magical in Kian's eyes and he couldn't help feeling envious.

Kian pouted and stared at the sunflower. The sunflower also stared back at him. The two stared at each for a few seconds. Then Kian suddenly have an idea, he immediately closed his eyes and rummaged through the mansion to find some modern items left behind.

After a few seconds later, a black sunglasses suddenly appeared over Kian's hand. Before the sunflower could do anything, Kian had already put the sunflower on its head.

" Haha, this is what you call. Cool Sunflower, full of swag and coolness. "

Kian lifted up a mirror to let the magical sunflower see it's appearance. " Hey look, don't you think you look good? "

Hearing Kian's nonsenses, Jameson curiously turned his head to the side to peek at what he was doing.seeing him talking to the sunflower, Jameson was amused and returned to study.

Kian was the only non-mage in the classroom and the teacher didn't stop him from talking to the plant. He was the only one idle in the room amidst the busy and deligent students.

The sunflower turned its head to the mirror and scrunitized at the cool looking sunflower in the reflection. The sunflower paused and stared intensely at the mirror.

The petals suddenly moved and properly arranged the black sun glasses, its head slowly tilted to the side as if he was a man showing his profile and defined jaw, touching it to define its edges.

Kian stared stupidly at the sunflower.

It moved!!!

Kian suddenly stood up. The teacher's attention was drawn to the sudden sound of the chair dragging on the floor.

The teacher of the Botany class named, Varro, asked Kian.. " What's wrong, Kian? "

Kian pointed at the sunflower on the table. " Teacher, it moved. "

Varro stood up and walked towards his direction. " Really? "

" Yeah "

The sunflower moved when the mirror in Kian's hands also moved.. Varro's eyes immediately widened seeing this. " You luckily chose a high ranking plant, congratulations. "

Kian hesitated hearing Varro's words. " Does that mean that it can understand us? "

Varro tapped her chin and laughed, she then patted Kian's head and answered. " It depends on how old the plant is, its intelligence will increase depending on the quality of its spirit. If you showed it a lot of things and properly teach it. It will absolutely become a clever plant. "

" Do you want to take it? " Varro curiously asked.

Kian laughed and scratched the back of his neck. " This is my husband's plants, I'm just taking good care of it causally. "

" Oh I see "

Varro returned to her desk to read books. Kian sat down again and stared at the sunflower. Jameson beside him circled his hands around his waist.

" Its a smart plant? "

Kian nodded and poked the sunflower's head. The sunflower turned its head to his direction and waved it's petal. Kian touched the petal and blinked his eyes in confusion.

" What does it want? "

Jameson doesn't know too.

The sunflower turned Kian's fingers and suddenly stood up from the vase. Kian and Jameson's eyes immediately widened into saucers, shocked by the ability of the sunflower.

" Waaah, amazing. " Kian gaped his mouth open as he muttered it.

Kian then watched as the sunflower moved its roots and walked towards the bottle of water in a wobbly manner.

" Aaah, so it wants us to water it? " Kian finally learned what the sunflower wants.

Kian received the gourd from the sunflower's petals and pulled out the lid. Sunflower returned to its vase and waited. Kian then poured water on it carefully.

The sunflower waved its petals as the sprinkle of water drops rained upon its body.

" Good? " Kian asked

Sunflower suddenly turned it's body to Kian's direction and rolled one of its petals and formed a thumbs up.

" 0 __ 0 " Kian

Jameson bust out of laughter and touched his belly. " This is a good flower, we must bring this back to the dorm. "

Kian immediately nodded vigorously. " Must!!! "

Jameson smiled and looked at the sunflower. " Since you two are getting along pretty well. How about you take this plant to tame instead? "

Kian froze when he heard that. Tame the sunflower?

How can he do that, he doesn't even know how t establish a contract with it. Kian shook his head in refusal.

" No "

Jameson sighed , he then patted Kian's head to comfort him. " I'll go buy another sunflower from the store, guard this sunflower for me. "

Kian nodded and waved goodbye to him. Silence enveloped the whole room again when Kian stopped talking.

The sunflower quickly finished absorbing the water and suddenly shook it's body like a dog wisking the waters away after becoming wet. Kian's face was splashed by the water.

" ... "

Kian calmly pulled out a hander chief and wiped his face.

Calm down man, this is just a stupid sunflower.

The sunflower seemed to have noticed that it had caused Kian to become wet. Sunflower stopped wiggling and slowly leaned closer to him. Kian felt a ticklish feeling on his nose, he opened his eyes and noticed it rubbing it's petals on his face.

" Aww, are you apologizing to me? "

The sunflower nodded.

Kian's heart immediately softened. He smiled brightly and rubbed the petals softly. " Hehe, ok, I forgive you. "

Most students in the school preferred a violent and aggressive plant. When he and Jameson visited the store to buy a plant for the botany class, this sunflower was one of the cheapest sunflower. Unlike the students who wanted to use powerful plants to duel.

Jameson bought this sunflower seeing it's silent and still personality. Who would have thought that it was actually the smartest plant in the store, and they had unknowingly bought a high class magical plant at a cheapest price

Kian giggled and laughed to himself.

" From now on, we're comrades ok? " Kian pointed at the sunflower and showed his pinky finger.

" Promise me, that we'll protect and care for each other. We'll be good friends and never betray each other. "

The sunflower nodded and also showed one of its petals.

The two idiots then did a pinky swear.

Jameson peeked from behind and laughed.

So cute... So cute aaaaah.
