The Section You Read Before You Read

Mr. Wilson sat twiddling his thumbs, looking about the room he'd found himself in. It

was a cold goverment room, mirrors or titles lined the walls, save a solemn door. His working

hands rested on the shiny metallic table before him, as he rested on the shiny metallic chair

below him. The kind of place you'd go before you'd go.

Mr. Wilson's eyes jumped as the door creaked open and two suits walked in. Each small

plain tablets in hand they silently took a seat on the other end of that table. Neither one even paid

the poor man a glance before sipping from a comfortably warm thermus.

"Do you know why you're here today Mr. Wilson?" One of the suits sighed. Wilson

shook his head.

"Mr. Wison. We have come to know very much about you in the hope to figure

out the little you yourself know. How's the grandmother? Wilfords home treating her well I

hope?"

"I'm not sure-" His voice was as solid as a rock, just before it was interrupted.

"I hear you're sister is to be transferred to Novack County. Lots of accidents there I hear.

I truly hope she turns out ok" Wilson's eyes went wide, he stopped trying to interject.

"Now, me and my friend here are going to listen to everything you are willingly saying

regarding the murder of Police governor Rick Masterson, as well as one Veronica Baker. Do try

to remember any detail, it will help us in bringing about a peaceful resolution, or at the very least

peace itself. Then we'll dump you right back on that little dust bowl you call home with that

lovely grandmother, and beautiful sister."

"This about that bucket?" Wilson finally stammered out.

"Mr. Wilson, please start at the beginning. Anything even remotely relevant. Maybe even

what you think isn't."
