Chapter 2.6 - I’M SORRY(2)

I approach him slowly trying to hold back tears but It's useless...

With every step I take towards him-more bruises and wounds appear, his body's pale and moveless, I would think he was dead if it wasn't for the machine beeping every second reminding me not to think that...

As I reach his bed, I stand over him-rubbing his face...

"T-Tae?...I...I-m...s-sorry I shouldn't have left y-you alone"

I sit down into the chair that's placed next to his hospital bed and lean over to him-while holding his hand...

"P-please wake up" I plead to him but he doesn't respond he just lays there,

"PP-ll-ease I beg you just wake up I won't leave you again, I promise, just wake up, I beg you, I-I beg you..." I lay my head next to him with tears streaming out of my eyes and running down my face...

"T-Tae you have to wake up, please wAkE...uP...fOr m..."

THIRTY MINUTES LATER:

"Kookie?"

I wake up to taehyung looking at me confused...

I quickly jump out of the chair, "A-Are you okay?

A-Are you feeling any pain?" I said with a raspy but worried voice...

"I'm okay, my stomach just hurts a litt..."

Before he can finish, I run out of the room to look for a nurse or doctor, just anyone I could find.

I quickly spot the same doctor from earlier and run to him...

"Taehyung woke and he's feeling pain in his stomach," I said with a rushed voice

"It's normal for patients to feel discomfort when they wake up"

"But still can you check on him to make sure he's alright"

"Sure, let's go"

We rush back to the room...

TAEHYUNG'S POINT OF VIEW:

Before I could finish what I was saying jungkook runs out of the room, only to come back with a doctor...

"Hello, Mister Kim are you feeling any pain or discomfort anywhere?"

"Yes, everywhere hurts but my stomach hurts the most"

"Yes, I prescribed medicine sadly it won't arrive for the next hour but I have pain killers so i'll have someone bring some to you"

"Thanks, umm how long will it take?"

"In the next five to seven minutes"

As the doctor turns to walk out, jungkook looks down at me with tears falling down his face...

"I-I'm sorry, I shouldn't have left you"

I look at him with a reassuring face "it's okay, it's not your fault"

"But..."

"Trust me it's not your fault"

He reaches down and hugs me...
