They say love fixes

but love us what breaks me

They say you smile cause you're happy

But I smile to hide my pain

They say beauty is in the eyes of the beholder

But why do I see different when I stare in the mirror

Maybe I'll feel better tomorrow?

They say night is for sleep

But the night is when In my emotions I drown deep

When within is the only place to fight the demons I keep

They say pain makes us strong

But pain breaks me wrong

My life is like a sad song

They say daylight is beautiful

But I say darkness is prettier

They say there's beauty in your flaws

But when I look at my flaws, depression calls

They say no one is perfect

But am perfect at being sad

It's not the best trophy

But it sure is one thing am good at
