Backlash Pregnancy
Since that incident, Reuben lost all trust in Alina and Joshua. Yulia suffered a psychological backlash that she couldn't bring herself to sleep in the same room as Reuben anymore.
His love for Yulia did not disappear, but just the image of his wife sleeping with his brother was enough to make his blood boil. Joshua knew this, and because of his guilty conscious, he gave all rights to Fox Theaters over to Reuben.

From that day onwards, Reuben strictly kept surveilling Yulia not to step a foot outside their home. However, this soon became a problem because Leena was also forced not to play outside. As a result, Reuben would have no choice but to come home early or sometimes not even work to take Yulia and Leena out to the park, beach, eat, or walk.
