The Plan

'I need money to get things rolling, I think my family will help with that or maybe I go to the bank.'

Daniel knew to get things rolling money would be important. To get his ideas of the ground, he would need some investment.

Daniel spent the rest of the afternoon writing his plan in a notebook, he was always the type that wrote things down.

'The would will need to quickly develop in short amount of time. That means my plans can a little bit bold.'

The notebook was full of plans and them more plans with back up plans.

'Finally done, I just that not too many things that are outside my plans occur because that would just annoy me.'

When he was done with his plans written down he burnt the notebook, now the plans were in his head.

'I am little bit tired, the brain does use a lot of energy. I really must get more healthy in the interim before I figure out a solution for this side effect.'

After he done with the plans he laid down in his bed to sleep, his energy was spent after that.

Daniel was later woken up in the night by a knock in his room, but before he could answer, someone came into his room.

"Hey Danny. Are you okay?"

Jessica just came into his room, it was a normal thing for the twins since they were young, if the door was not locked it meant it was safe to come in.

"Hey Jessie. What's up…? What time is it?"

Daniel was still feeling a little bit tired and a bit groggy when he answered.

"It is time for dinner. Mother said you finally came out of your room."

Daniel could not help but feel a little bit ashamed, he had been mostly in his room for the last month.

"Just wait for me I am coming, just a little bit tired."

"You should take care of yourself, you cannot just spent one month in doors."

Jessica was the active one in the family, she exercised a lot and her body was very fit which made her more of the better looking twin of the two.

"You know, you are correct, I have been lazing out for a long time and my body is even starting to fail me. I am going to start some body work outs as well."

Daniel was very solemn when he stated his intentions.

"Oh?"

Jessica was very surprised that Daniel just agreed with her that fast. Depending on what they usually talking about, they would usually debate about it, such with people who could be considered geniuses.

"I am glad you actually agreed with me without your usual nonsense Danny."

Jessica was a little bit smug that she got the win from what was supposed to be an argument.

The two went down to the dining hall to have dinner with their parents. Whilst they were eating and talking about some random things that included things like the economy of the country and that Daniel was considering starting working out.

Daniel started gathering the attention of his family by starting to solemnly start talking.

"Mother, father I have changed my mind about spending the year not doing much, but watching anime and other related things."

His opening statement caught the attention of everyone, everyone thought someone had replaced Daniel with an exact look alike.

"And no I have not been replaced by a look alike or any of the things I know you are thinking about."

Daniel could not help but a chuckle about their imagination, but he continued with his explanation.

"I am going to open a tech company. As my family I would like it can you please invest in the company. Not just you two, even you Jessie."

Before they could respond, Daniel kept explaining.

"Jessica, I need your help with the running of the company and I will be in charge of the technology."

"Oh?"

Jessica was the first to make a sound.

Jessica was very surprised, this older brother of hers was surprising her today to no end, first it was the body exercising and now this. Whilst Jessica was surprised Annabel was happy that her son had changed his mind, there was a big smile on her face.

James was the first to ask more questions and could not help but get professional when he was asking, he wanted to test whether his son was ready for what was to come.

"Oh, that is good Son, how many shares are you going to give to your family for this investment?"

When James asked, everyone came to attention, even the smiling Annabel.

"I was going to give Jessica 10%, mother 5% and father 5%, and I would keep the rest of the 80%. 'Investment' is the term I used, but I want my family to be part of my company and also because I need the actual initial capital."

Daniel was serious about sharing his company with his family.

"Danny thank you for thinking about our family."

Annabel thanked her son for his kind thoughts.

"Danny have you thought about how we will run the company and what products we will be selling."

Jessica asked Daniel about the company that he planned to create.

"Oh Jessie it is 'we' now? But seriously the company will initially be in the field of [Information Technology]. As a Tech company I am planning on taking the company to any field that is in the tech field, things might change later."

Daniel had a thoughtful look on his face, he was thinking of the plan he made on the notebook.

"Of course we are! I know you brother, usually you are lazy but when you get serious you get things done. And I am glad that you thought of me to run our company."

Jessica had a happy look on her face as she thought of her brother thought of her first to be the one running the company.

"I was thinking of having you as the company CEO whilst I am the head of Research and Development, I might help out with the running of the company when it is necessary."

Daniel had already thought of his sister position, taking her talent for business, he could not think of anyone else.

"Hey! You two are discussing your positions whilst your mother and I listen, don't you have positions for us?"

The question had Daniel and Jessica lost for words, like many children, they would want their parents to retire and enjoy what they as children bring home to their parents, you could say they had a lot of filial piety. But it looked like their father, James was not done and still wanted to support his kids.

"Dad, can you handle our accounts then. I like Danny thought you would retire and stay with mom at home."

Jessica had to come and save the day because Daniel was still surprised that their father still wanted to work.

"Ha Ha Ha… I will help you out until you find someone with better talent."

James was a little bit happy to get a chance to work with his children, such is every parent's dream.

"I don't have a problem with you all getting something you can do together, just that you must be home to have dinner every night or breakfast with me."

Annabel was little bit wistful, her children were making plans to better themselves, she was very proud of them, but still had hope that they could stay young and dependent on her.

"I promise mother, at least once day we will sit together, whether it is to have breakfast or dinner."

Daniel solemnly promised his mother for everyone involved in the new venture.

"Tomorrow I will go register the new company. I was thinking of calling it Green, it sounds rather cool when you say Green Co. or something along those lines."

"You were always the otaku one of the family."

Jessica had to come in and break his bubble, but no one seemed to dislike the name of the company.

"Son I will send you the registering money, I will go with you tomorrow. I know a guy who works at there, it can speed up the registering, that will allow us to open the company's accounts…"

Before James could start rambling about business, Jessica interrupted him.

"Dad, it is fine we can talk about it in the morning, let's us to enjoy dinner."

"Dad, Jessie is correct. Let's just enjoy dinner."

The night was long for the Greens because they were together for dinner after a long while, so there was a lot to talk about.
