Chapter 18 Doubts

Maeso shouted the names of the four anxiously. She was too afraid that they would get hurt.

Elena, who was using the barrier spell on the mountain far from the village, reminded the other three.

"Elena, wait!"

Vicomino walked quickly to Elena with a transparent coat in his hand.

After saying that, Vicomino put his coat on Elena. The difference in height between the two made Elena reach Vicomino's chest. The moment they got close to each other, Vicomino's gentle and handsome face made Elena a little embarrassed.

"Don't worry. I will be careful." Vicomino smiled gently.

Olvido saw all this and Olvido got furious immediately. He rushed up and held Elena's hand.

"I will protect my fiancée. Keep this coat for yourself."

After saying that, he picked up Elena and walked forward, leaving only the two people, Vicomino and Mina.

"Olvido, put me down. Be careful to get burned." Elena said with a red face in Olvido's arms.

"My little fool, don't worry about me." Olvido snickered.

Mina felt a sudden pain in her heart. She remembered that the coat Vicomino gave Elena was a grown-up gift from Vicomino's father, the light king, to Vicomino. Vicomino had always treasured it very much.

But now, Vicomino gave his precious gift to Elena!

"Mina, this coat is for you. Follow them. They have gone far."

Mina took over Vicomino's coat. For a moment, five flavors are mixed together. Vicomino still remembered her, but she was a second choice

After a while, the four finally met Maeso.

"Are you all right?"

Seeing the four of them safe and sound, Maeso dared to slow down.

"We're fine."

"Let's go back now."

They went all the way back to the camp of the gathering point. Elena and the other three explained what had happened in the village to the teachers. They all felt guilty for not being able to save the villagers due to the sudden magma.

"It's not your fault. The school will investigate it. Now the safety of the students is the most important. Our teachers have discussed and decided to temporarily end this extra-curricular training. We will make a plan after we return to the school."
