Chapter 12
Damien didn't leave the apartment until Alianna's father showed up with men who are probably her uncles and brothers. He didn't expect her to grow up around so many men.
"You Damien Blackstone?"
"You must be her father."
"What happened to my sister?"
Damien relay the accident again and from the aura the men were giving off they were military. Or ex military.
"Why would someone want to take her? She's the kindest person ever."
"Well who ever take her better said their goodbyes because when I get my hands on them they are six feet under."
Damien check his phone every minute but all he was getting was work emails.
"I'm going to help where I can."
He get in his car and drive away from the apartment.
While at the station a international broadcast was going out.
"To all who is watching were asking for your help in locating 24 year old Alianna Brust. She was taken from her apartment earlier today by unknown men. According to witness she was last seen in jeans shorts and a t-shirt. Her family and partner would gladly accept all the assistance they can get into making sure she return home safely. If you have any information please report to the nearest authorities. Thank you."
Pictures of Alianna went up as the news spread quickly.
People who know her personally was livid while people who don't know her was sending out condolences.
Damien sat in his home staring out the window with a bottle of scotch in his hand and her phone in the other. Her search through her pictures, the only thing that was keeping him sane.
He was never a emotional man but since meeting Alianna he start looking at life differently. She brings out the little good that was in him.
Before her he didn't want anything to do with the opposite sex and then she came into the picture. He was the light to his life and for once he wasn't scared of commitment.
The day he get to hold her in his arms again would be the day he make her a part of his life permanently.
Its a miracle what unexpected love can do to a person.
She was obviously the boss of him.
