Love is in the air (4)

Dove has been staring at this design for a long time. Mathew, who was observing her felt that his daughter has some ideas to could make this design better.

" Dad, I want you to say to Secretary Lin that you are approving this design and ask him to share the digital copy of the blueprint so that you will personally share the design with the Stanley Group."

" Dove, Why do I feel like you are not liking the design "

" Dad, I don't think this idea will win the project. So, we will create a new one. No one can know this other than us. No one is allowed to view the new design. After we finish it you will personally mail it."

"The last date to submit this project is next week. Do you think we can finish the new design with then?"

" Dad, I will tell you the idea now. You draw that on a piece of paper and once you are satisfied with it, Jordan will do the same in digital."

Dove attracted everyone's attention again. Their baby girl has grown. She can give ideas for the project now. Their Dove is so awesome. She can come up with an Idea with a few minutes of thinking. They were so proud of her.

Dove knew that, though the Stanley group picked a blueprint for this project there won't be any profit like they expected earlier. So they have spent a little more amount of time researching and revamping their resort. Only after that, they were able to attract many people. This revamp was done by a famous architect and designer X.

'Sorry, Mr X for stealing your idea. I wouldn't have done this, but if this project fails my dad will lose all the good name he has earned through hard work.'

Dove started explaining her idea for the resort. She mentioned everything she could remember from visiting the resort in her previous life. This resort was one of her favourite spots to spend time with her previous life husband. She knew every detail of this resort, from its highlight, and its top attractions to its themed Interiors and everything.

When spent time there, she missed two things. one was that, There was no outdoor campfire at night like most resorts, where a group of friends or family could spend some time under the night sky with a warm fire toast marshmallows.

And the second thing she thought that she missed is a childcare centre within the resort. The resort had many attractions there like hiking, natural hot water springs, Multi-cuisine restaurants, shopping centres, casinos, spas, indoor and outdoor games, entertainment and party halls.

People who bring their child have to bring their caretaker with them. Those with no caretakers have to bring their children along and will miss most of the attractions provided by the resorts. If a resort could solve that then they can enjoy their time here in the resort leisurely.

So she included all her ideas and her thoughts and even improved Mr X's design. Mathew and Jordan started noting the points she was saying. They both felt that their current design will not succeed after listening to Dove's concept for the resort.

Their baby girl is talented in everything. This was a proud moment for the Hayes Family. They now knew that future of the Hayes group is going to be prosperous.

June, who has less knowledge of construction and design liked Dove's Idea. As a potential customer, she would love that. If she wants a break from her daily routine and if she can get it without any hindrance then it will make a customer happy. Dove's Idea was Flawless.

" Dove, How do you know that there will be a Natural hot water spring in there? Stanley Group has never said anything about it, When we were assigned to the design for the resort?" Mathew questioned her

Oh! no. She did it again. How will she tackle this?

"Dad, those areas are rich in minerals. If they have done a proper search of their forest they should find the Natural hot water spring. Plus, why would Stanley Group purchase this piece of land with a forest filled with minerals and wildlife, instead of buying normal safe land, where they can create a scenery of their own?"

Though Mathew got what Dove was implying. He still had his doubts. But his daughter is right, why spend on a property with risk? there should be some attractions hidden. He has decided not to add natural hot springs in the design for now, to play safe.

He got a mental picture of the design from Dove's description. And started asking questions where he needed clarification. It's been a long time, He drew a blueprint. In the early days when he started Hayes Construction, there weren't many employees. So he did most of the work. He knows a lot from creating ideas to doing a layman's job on a construction site.

He has never been this interested in drawing, He knows for sure that this idea will be a huge success.

Jordan and June started appreciating Dove. Starting chatting about making Dove Skip School and directly joining the college as an architecture major.

" Mom, I'm planning to enjoy my school days a little more. Please don't spoil the fun."

While they were joking around, Mathew finished a rough sketch of the resort exterior as per Dove's instructions and showed it to his family.

Dove is the one who is more astonished when viewing this Sketch. Her Dad is so talented, No wonder he is popular in this field. With just a few instructions he can make a sketch that she has seen in her previous life but with a whole new level of additional touches making it more elegant.

Seeing the aww expression on everyone's face He asked: " How is it?"

"Wow, Dad. It's awesome. More beautiful thaan I imagined." Dove was in an Awww.

" Beautiful" Both June and Jordan were mesmerised by viewing it. After construction, this resort will look top-notch and elegant.

" How do you want to call this Dove?

" Love is in the air "

"Perfect! What an apt name! " Mathew exclaimed.
