Inside a highly advanced room, Fan Lin was watching the situation unfold in front of his eyes.

All the preparations were done on their side and now it was time to know what was it that Qiangu Dongfeng actually wanted.

Soon, night came and the Federation was in an uproar.

Their mysterious gang' has struck again!

And this time their attacks were far bigger than anyone could have anticipated. They all have a really dangerous premonition about the events and what could the perpetrator had wanted from it.

The Federation immediately notified all their forces and sent a request for help to the other independent forces around the globe. If their thinking was right, another Evil Soul Master was going to join the ranks of Ha Luosa.

The Federation also curbed down the media and communication to stop the public from creating panic and fear as that would just strengthen the Evil Soul masters more.

With the help of Qiangu Dongfeng, Fan Lin was easily able to get this hands on the posting and service area of the official sent by the government.

And with Spirit Pagoda's power, helping the suppliers to get inside become the easiest thing to do. He had succeeded in the massacre and everything had gone well.

Except it shouldn't have gone that well. There should have been some form of trouble or problem, but there wasn't.

'I would know about his plans by tomorrow. Let's cut ties with him.'

Shrek Academy

{Mysterious gang strikes again. This time bigger than what most had anticipated. They attacked 453 cities.

The total lives lost surpassed 30,000 since the Federation had bravely interjected the event and stopped it on time.

Around more 500,000 people were saved by the federal government. We got the news from the our informers that the mysterious gang is connected to the detestable Holy spirit cult}

Fan Lin listened to the news on his soul communicater. He was the one who told Qiangu Dongfeng to use the name of the holy spirit cult as it could better help him to convince the Federation that way but the news was unusually fast and as inaccurate as always.

'Qiangu Dongfeng had asked the Holy spirit cult and as they also wanted to spread their names, they agreed to his request but their tone clearly suggested that they were in a cooperative relationship with no actual loyalty. I could use them.'.

Now if things went south and that Qiangu Dongfeng turned to be someone who needs to die now. Fan Lin just needed to release the news of Qiangu Dongfeng's involvement with the Holy spirit cult, then Shrek and Tang Sect will take care of the rest.

As for Fan Lin, he would have already changed identities and stay low for a while. Even if the Shrek and Spirit Pagoda knew of Fan Lin, they wouldn't be able to do anything to him for a great while. 

His Energy Body made it possible to cultivate anywhere he planned to.

He had earned more than 400 billions from his endeavour this time and also paid his Battle Armours. He had only given them advance and not their total income. They said that they would help him to make his three word battle armour when his body is strong enough once they were paid though. 

He was the only one to pass the exam so soon. He was free as the teachers were busy with the exam. The second grade ones would not teach him and there was no one in his grade. He also didn't need to attend classes or give attendance. He was practically free for the next 15 days.

So he went to the boundless forest after storing enough energy and madly started to cultivate since everything felt to good to be true and it can't be.

While he was meditating, a sudden jolt of small migraines and he recalled some memories from the second book. Inner court students often went out to hunt for evil soul masters and helped solve many problems. Same with the Tang Sect. That's how the Shrek's team was halved before the continental advanced spirit masters tournament.

The holy spirit cult. It was the same cult whose base Hou Yuhao destroyed when when he was in the Sun moon advanced academy. They also later attacked Mu En and forced him to burn his remaining life to fight them.

He hadn't read the first two books as well but he knew the basic plotlines and comment spoilers left by many others. 

Fan Lin thought about the whole incident from the beginning to its end from a profitable perspective. 

'What would I gain from all this?'

The massacre. The god killing cannon. Holy spirit cult. Federation. Death. Public uproar. Attention. 

I will not take any money, I don't have any profitable plans. I have an ulterior motive. Something that doesn't involve anyone else but me. No Holy spirit cult and their needs. No Child killer and his money. Federation, no, bigger than that. The Entirety of the Douluo Continent, all activities spread out to thin for urgent support.

'Oh.'

Thinking about the situation after erasing his emotions, Fan Lin found what Qiangu Dongfeng wanted.

'That guy never wanted the Federation for anything. His plan was to lure out the Shrek's inner court students and either kill them one by one. After that he and the holy spirit cult could totally destroy the Shrek Academy. There would be no one left.'

"Or all this was done to divert the attention of everyone to either me or the Holy spirit cult, allowing Qiangu Dongfeng to stealthily acquire something that no one should individually possess. 

"Pathetic idiot. What have I done? I just fastened the destruction of Shrek or something since whatever Qiangu Dongfeng was going to do, Shrek would have definitely came forward to stop him but now that he had a way to destroy Shrek, this is going to be troublesome." 

"I need to create a D-S level growth toxin." 

Fan Lin was having a mental breakdown. He couldn't go and inform Shrek. If he did, they would ask him where did he get the intel from? He would need to tell them at least something or they would take the answers themselves after mind graping him with the one and only weakness of him- Spiritual attacks.

Then even if they stopped the destruction of Shrek completely. They would still kill him afterwards because even men with a heart of gold won't forgive a mass murderer with no guilt and Shrek Academy didn't have any people with a heart of gold as much as he knew.

Even if he claimed to kill only the evildoers. There first question would always be the same. Who gave him the right to decide someone's death? And did he kill the others without any evil intentions of his own. In his case, no. He desired wealth.

Once again he can only rely on himself. His faulty self.

"Spread the rumours that the Holy spirit cult is planning on attacking Shrek city. Frame the corrupt high ranking federal officials be it political or judicial. Frame the ones who had connection to holy spirit cult in petty but time consuming charges. An anonymous file will be sent to you later. Make sure the information looks like it was founded by mistake by someone else." I said in the communicater

Shi Yuan received the call from a familiar numbers.

"Ok."

He ended the call.

"We have work to do. Come on guys." Shi Yuan asked his colleagues to get on the work.

Shi Yuan. A man who want to change the the world into a better place. He and his colleagues work in the information department of the federal government. All of them wanted to change the corrupt government. They got there chance now.

"Someone will give you some names. Find all the dirt and frame them for their past crimes. Send the anonymous file to the federal government. Others things you already know. Get a ticket for Shrek city and live here for a few months." I said to the informer.

-Xing mo, an information provider. She was one of the good ones. Be it her character or her intel. She usually finds intel on the rape and extortion related crimes done by the higher officials.-

" Begin the variance plan now."

That was Fan Lin's last call to the last person. He was the only hacker Fan Lin met but didn't kill.

"This should help me to delay the Holy Spirit cult to a few years. Probably."

He was safe for now only because Shrek Academy stood. Once it is destroyed then Qiangu Dongfeng will definitely kill him because of the information he had. Shrek Academy was the only threat that could deter Qiangu Dongfeng from killing him. After the eradication of Shrek, there would be no use of the information as Qiangu Dongfeng and the Holy Spirit cult would be in charge.

'Should I join Tang sect. It was the only neutral organization among the trio. I could use the purple demon eyes to increase my spirit power. Let's join it. I don't have that many choices.'

Spirit Pagoda was already the playing field of Qiangu Dongfeng. He was already in Shrek. The only power left was the Tang sect.
