Deep North

Three days later.

It had been five days since Fan Lin was in the Deep North providing his energy and the thing that he feared the most happened.

"We really can't pour any more energy to it."

Fan Lin asked. His expression grave.

"There is no other way. The millennium Ice shards have been overcharged in the past few days. It was the culmination of Ice energies of thousands of years. They were not made to be restored faster. Those are not the properties of ice. Ice slows down the other things. It even freezes space."

Ice Jade Scorpion Queen replied.

"If we make haste then the millennium Ice shards will be destroyed. We are sorry to disappoint you. It is also because we are not strong enough to control the Ice energy inside it."

The Deep North leaders replied to him. This was also the first time they had seen him like that.

"Ok, Don't worry. It's not like you can do that much."

Fan Lin said to them.

"Can you guys recommend me something that can help my friend in her tribulations."

Fan Lin asked.

All the leaders looked at each other.

"Well, you can create a catalyst by using your energy. Like a pure energy stone or something. Your soul power is really pure. The energy in it will be enough for any soul beast above the hundred thousand years old soul beasts."

The Heavenly Snow Woman Huo Yun said to him.

"I can do that? I thought that my energy can only be used for restoration and recovery or regeneration."

Fan Lin said in surprised.

Then he casted his first three soul skills and created an energy ball that had 50 percent of his total energy. He made it as compressed as he can. The energy took the form of a stone like Cosmic cube or better known as Tesseract cube.

All the soul beasts leaders of the Deep North were unable to keep their eyes off it. It was something that was more potent to them then literally anything. Just that much was enough to survive through the next three or four hurdles and become six or seven hundred thousand year old soul beasts with ease.

They were feeling greedy and wanted it for themselves but the moment their eyes went to the person who created it, all the greed vanished in front of their fear.

Why?

Because Fan Lin was releasing wisps of his killing intent.

This was due to the complexity of making the tesseract cube. He was not dealing with energy inside his crystals but outside it. It was hard even for him and he lost his concentration many times. That's why he activated his killer mode or just say hunter mode and finished it.

Hunter mode is when he focuses all his mind into a single thing forgetting the existence of others. This was created by his Captain and it helped a lot when killing or planning to kill as you can make the best of plans in this mode.

Fan Lin retrieved the leaked killing intent and became calm again. He had finished making the energy cube and he just need to deliver it to them.

"I will come back in an hour."

Fan Lin said to the others and then flew off from the Deep North headquarters.

He was flying at the speed of Mach 60 and crossed the Deep North boundary in just a few minutes.

He immediately teleported to the Vast Ocean and then went to the Octopus King to give the gift.

"Yo, here, take it and give it to her. I am a little busy as I need to do something so I will not be available this month ok."

Fan Lin said to the Octopus King.

"Bro... Thank you! I will definitely give you something when I get some aquatic treasures! I really will!"

The Octopus King replied in glee.

"You don't need to. Stay safe and be careful of the humans. Don't come out nowadays and always be on alert. Understood."

Fan Lin seriously said. For him, the Octopus King was like a child. Even Net geek was better than him.

"Understood bro. I will make sure to stay safe."

"Goodbye."

Fan Lin bade farewell and returned to the Extreme North. He casted the indestructible shield again and then flew to the Deep North Headquarters.

All in all it took him 9 minutes to complete the job.

"Using my body after it recovered is a new sensation."

This was because he had already repaired his martial soul true body, his soul core and his Petrosapien physique. The only thing that was not recovered was his three word battle armour.

He didn't had the time to recover it from the blacksmiths. His infamy was also causing him enough troubles. He didn't want to get those blacksmith in trouble too.

He returned to the Deep North headquarters and reached his place.

The Heavenly Snow Woman was inside it.

"What are you doing here?"

"What are you doing here!"

The first one was from Fan Lin. The second from Huo Yun.

"Didn't you say that you will be gone for an hour? It's not even a fifth of it."

The Heavenly Snow Woman Huo Yun asked in panic/anger(?).

"I just teleported to the place and find the person coincidentally at the place . If not then I would have to find him and that would have taken an hour. I was lucky. What are you doing here?"

Fan Lin explained.

"I was checking your room, I mean I was making sure that all the things were in place and cleaning it."

"You are the one who moved the stuff from one place to other everyday! You should not do that. I nearly killed you 57 times. Next time just do it when I am awake."

Fan Lin replied a little surprised.

"Ohh. Wait, you actually were going to kill me! 57 times at that! Why?"

Huo Yun asked.

"Safety habit. Developed due to circumstances. Ok good night."

Fan Lin said to Huo Yun and then went to sleep.

"It's still day. Why do you like to sleep?"

She asked him.

"Doesn't matter, I am going to sleep. I sleep because I can. Good night."

Fan Lin once again entered sleep.

The Heavenly Snow Woman Huo Yun kept waiting there.
