TIMESKIP (2 YEARS)

Sho slowly woke up and got ready for another day at Suruga F.C. He took a nice dip into the onsen, brushed his teeth, then got dressed. With a piece of paper in hand he walked out of the ryokan, and Sho's older brother (Yushiro) saw him off and wished him the best of luck today. Sho was tall for his age and looked somewhat defensive; he had blood red hair and heterochromatic eyes. One dark purple and the other dark grey.

The sports clubs at the shogakko (primary or elementary school) level were mostly for fun and never taken seriously. On the schedule pamphlet it said they only ever meet once a week which worked for Sho. He'd have to go to the football at school Monday, and Suruga F.C. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Even though Sho acquainted himself with everybody at Suruga F.C. and learned everything the coach had to offer, he still stayed. Sho went to every practice and even participated in a few mini tournaments that the football club hosted. After that one match 2 years ago, he quickly became friends with every other player, helped them practice and somewhat infamous.

Thinking back on it, the first year at Suruga F.C. made Sho an even better player because he used his ability more and more. Constantly using his weapon to his advantage. He ended up calling it Spatial Awareness. It was starting to get too easy for Sho so he'd limit himself and focus more on defense, which even allowed him to expand his vision of the pitch.

The first practice for Suruga F.C. happened on a Thursday afternoon. A new kid joined this year as well which made it even more fun for Sho. As all of them lined up side by side, the new kid walked up from behind them, and walked to the front and introduced himself. Sho being predominantly taller than everyone else saw the kid walk up from behind the players. He had an oval-shaped face and a bob cut hair style. He also has bright yellow eyes and has ear length black hair curling at the ends with golden under-lights.

With an excited look in ??? eyes and a smile on his face he said

???: "Heya, Im Meguru Bachira, and I'm here to have some fun and maybe even make some friends. Thanks for having me."

Bachira clasped his hands together and with a bright smile walked to an open spot in line. Coach told everyone to stretch and get ready for dribbling drills. Sho decided to sit out of today's practice and went up to one of the bleachers and started to do some homework. He would occasionally pop his head up from out of his book and analyze what everyone was doing. While the coach wasn't looking, Sho grabbed his phone from out of his pocket and secretly started watching football tutorial videos.

Practice ended a few minutes ago and Sho was slowly dribbling the ball down the gravel path towards the front door. Sho opened the door to find his big brother (Yushiro) behind the receptionist desk, greeting new visitors. Sho grinned at his brother and walked to his room, not before telling him about the day, and how excited he was for school tomorrow. Sho was a little upset he couldn't talk to his big sister (Yoruichi). She was out on a business trip for the Ryokan.

Making it to his room, he began to go over everything he learned from the few football tutorial videos he watched. Sho even thought about the new kid, Bachira. He seemed pretty ordinary but when Sho analyzed the pitch while doing homework, he spotted Bachira doing the dribbling drills flawlessly. Sho made his way into the neighboring onsen room and quietly grinned, thinking about all the possibilities he had to score with bachira now playing with him.

The day after Bachira arrived is Sho's first year of Shogakko (Primary or Elementary School)

Symmetrical sakura trees lined across a sidewalk as new students of Akagi Shogakko walked into the school premises. Sho was one of the many students. He went up to the board, which had the class arrangements for the whole school posted on it.

Sho pushed through the crowd and made his way to the front of the postings. Considering Sho was predominantly taller than everyone else made it a lot easier. Sho searched for his name and almost immediately found it

Class 1-A, he didn't bother looking at the other names in his class since he didn't know anybody. Sho opened the door into an empty classroom and thought nothing of it. Probably just earlier than everybody else. He scanned the blackboard to see the seating arrangements of the class. He found his seat and walked in between desks to get to it. He was seated in the back of the room closest to the door.

Since no one else was in the classroom Sho placed his bag on the desk, closed his eyes, and quietly waited for everybody else to show up.

Sleeping through the bell, the teacher began introducing himself to everybody and didn't bother waking Sho up. The teacher asked each student to say their name, their hobbies, and one thing they are excited about this year. Student by Student, began introducing themselves, saying their hobbies, and one thing they're excited about this year. After nearly the whole class went, it was finally Sho's turn.

Sho being the sleepyhead he was didn't wake up until the teacher went up to his desk and smacked said desk as hard as he could. Sho instantly stood up with drool dripping from his mouth. The whole class broke into laughter at Sho's expense.

Teacher: "This wasn't a good first impression Shihoin. Please state your name, your hobbies and one thing your excited about this year and, after class come to my desk"

Sho cursed himself for having fallen asleep on his first day of school. He didn't think about for too long and loudly said

Sho; "I'm Shihoin Sho, I enjoy spending time with my family and eating good food, and I'm really excited to join this school's sports team."

Sho sat down after that, and quietly cursed himself some more. The rest of the class began talking to one another until someone who sat next to Sho said

???: "Hahahahaha, you're a funny guy Shihoin-san, I play baseball and heard you say you play sports as well."

Sho: "It's nice to meet you...….

???: " Oh right, sorry I'm Sawamura Eijun"

Sho: "It's nice to meet you Sawamura-san, sadly I don't play baseball, I play football."

Sawamura had a surprised look in his eyes and went on a tangent about baseball, and how Sho should try it. Sho huffed and thought

Sho: 'This year is gonna be long but I'm excited to see how far I go'
