Chapter - 8

"Can't you use your eyes?" She became a wild cat once again as she saw Austin. She looked at the chest where she just bumped into. She never thought that his chest were so wide and strong.

"Have you seen enough?" Austin saw that Lilly's eyes were on his chest. He couldn't help but feel content in his heart.

"What?" Lilly come back to her sense and felt awkward. She quickly changed the direction of her eyes.

"I mean did you like what you were staring?" He asked in a cheesy tone.

"Who told you, I was staring at your chest?" Lilly felt annoyed at her heart.

"But I haven't mentioned about the chest" Austin smirked. "Tell me... have you also fallen for me?" Austin said as he hold her hands in his.

"No... What ? No" Lilly tried to refuse quickly but she found no words to explain her words before.

"Ohh girl, don't deny it. Just say yes come on. I know you have fallen for my beauty." Austin played with his black smooth hair as grinned at Lilly Jones.

"Screw you" Lilly Jones pushed Austin out of the way as she walked towards the library.

As Lilly entered the library she felt Austin was still following her. She felt annoyed in her heart.

"I told you to get away from me" Lilly rolled her eyes as she turned around. She was about to go on with the scolding when she realised that there were her books in Austin's hand.

Did I forgot to pick up those? Darn it.... She cursed herself as she looked at Austin with anger. It was all his fault that I left in anger WITHOUT PICKING MY BOOKS when I came to the library FOR THOSE FREAKING BOOKS.

She shook her head as she extended her hands in order to reach out for the books. But as she was about to touch the books Austin held the books up in the air. He was so tall that Lilly Jones couldn't reach his hands.

She even tried to jump in order to snatch them out of Austin but it all went to waste. He was simply holding them high as his eyes were at Lilly grinning childishly.

"What do you want?" At the end Lilly had to accept her defeat.

"I want you to accept your feelings for me... Just once sat that you like me" Austin winked as he leaned closer to Lilly Jones.

Lilly quickly backed away "Who told you this nonsense. I don't like you in fact I don't even want to see your stupid face ever again" she yelled at him.

Austin's face turned cold as he began to walk away. Even though Austin didn't mean it, he felt a twitch in his heart as Lilly spoke those last lines. He had felt that nobody wants to see his face ever again.

"Hey, where are you going? At least give those books" Lilly ran after Austin as he walked away with books in his hand.

"Books? You want these books? Huh?" Austin asked Lilly as he turned towards her.

Lilly nodded vividly.

"You know what? I came to give these books since you have feelings for me. But since you are so cold to me just now and show me your attitude instead of the love in your heart, I decided not to help you anymore. Just pick them up where you've left them" With that Austin continued towards the hall.

"Wait, stop." Lilly keeps screaming as she followed him. But Austin didn't listen to her and kept those books where he had picked from. After that he walked away without looking back.

"Blockhead" Lilly cursed him softly as she picked up her books and went back to the library to return them.

When Austin walked in Billy was sitting by Claire with a big smile on his face. Austin don't really care much so he went to the back seat and sat there.

When Lilly walked in, she saw the only seat available was at the back next to Austin's.

She quickly glanced at Claire and felt her blood boiling.

Claire noticed her glare and put her hands on her ears right away to say sorry to Lilly.

Lilly took a glance at the back where Austin was sitting with his head down on the desk. She felt so much rage in her heart.

It must be him, he must've told his dearest friend to go sit next to Claire so that I would have no choice but to sit next to him.

So with that thought in her head, she walked up to Austin.

"Tuk tuk" she knocked on the table where Austin had his head on.

Austin looked up lazily without any expression in his face.

"I know it is you. You are the one who asked Billy to sit next to Claire so that I won't have option but sit by you" Lilly begins.
