Blood Traitors

Her gaze lingered on his freckled face from across the great hall, her eyes tracing across every feature of his face, from the upturned corners of his devious grin to the small silvery scar that ran through his eyebrow. Sighing and aimlessly stirring her porridge, the metal clinking on the ceramic bowl as she allowed her mind to get engulfed by the prior night when those callused hands had been exploring every inch of her body...

~First Lesson~

"You seriously have to tutor him?"

Cho Chang, a gorgeous fifth year with ebony hair and dark almond eyes was walking alongside Bella, their arms linked as she updated her best friend on the inner working of her life.

"Sadly," Bella sighed, plopping her things down by the trunk of a large beech tree and sitting down among the amber leaves.

"Y'know, he's not that bad," Cho said, sitting down next to her, her voice tentative, "And he's hot as fuck," she murmured under her breath earning a glare that could kill from Bella.

"Not you too," she scoffed, pulling out her Charms textbook and placing it on her lap, "Hey! Not even you can deny that Merlin himself sculpted him," Cho swooned, falling onto Bella's textbook earning another glare and a shove.

"I will not let you be attracted to my nemesis," Bella said, tucking her silvery hair behind her ear and adding, "He physically makes me gag," she said, screwing up her nose in disgust.

"You would love for him to make you gag," Cho snorted with laughter as Bella slammed her book and stood up.

"I do not deserve this verbal abuse!" she exclaimed, huffing but not resisting when Cho dragged her back down.

"I missed you," Cho grinned, leaning her head on Bella's shoulder, "Me too love."

Bella watched the clock intently, dreading every minute that ticked by. Usually, she was overjoyed when the end of the day came but today was not a usual day. It was Friday and coincidentally her first tutoring session with George.

"Class dismissed, have a great weekend everyone!" Professor Flitwick exclaimed, his squeaky voice overwhelmed by the scuffling of feet as all the students hurried towards the exit.

Taking a deep breath Bella tucked her hair behind her ears and gathered her things, placing them in her satchel, purposely taking as much time as possible.

When Flitwick gave her a perplexed look she finally left, unable to linger any longer. Walking down the corridor and up to the third corridor (taking a few unnecessary detours), she arrived at the library.

With great effort, she pushed open the large, heavy oak doors and to no surprise, George was not sitting at any of the tables. Late as expected.

Setting up her things she picked out a book to pass the time and had gotten up to the fifth chapter when George arrived, sweat clinging to his forehead, his hair and shirt drenched from the downpour of rain that had started a few minutes prior.

Bella looked down at her book immediately, trying not to seem like she had just seen the outline of his abs, her eyes wide. That Quidditch really was paying off.

"Sorry I'm late, teach, I ran into a friend on the way," he said, his voice not sounding the slightest bit genuine.

"Ok," Bella said, clearing her throat, not meeting his gaze, "Well we're going to be starting with non-verbal spells and how to produce them," she said, flicking her wand so the pages in her book fluttered to one titled, 'Non-Verbal Spells.'

"For this area of magic you have to..." she trailed off as she saw his eyes wandering to the window, "Pay attention," she scolded, snapping her fingers in front of his face, bringing him back to reality, a scowl on his face.

"You have to have full faith in yourself which won't be hard because you are utterly arrogant," she said, a taunting expression on her face.

"It's called confidence love," he smirked, a blinding and definitely arrogant grin on his face. "If you say so," she retorted, returning the grin, a mocking air to it.

George rolled his eyes and looked down at his book, reading in silence, clearly fed up already.

This was going to be great...not.
