Deep within the government's secure facility, concealed far beneath the earth's surface, a sprawling labyrinth of cells housed countless individuals. 

In one of these cells, a high-ranking official meticulously observed a prisoner in distress. The unfortunate captive lay bare, save for the bandages covering his eyes and private parts. 

Needles were cruelly inserted into his heart, causing him to gasp and writhe in excruciating pain with every labored breath.

"Hmm," the high-ranking official mused, his gaze fixated on the prisoner. "The heart, the wellspring of that mystical essence we call mana, or as we know it, stamina. 

"We've amassed data on the magic crystals needed for leveling up, from level 0 to 7. If only we had access to more magic crystals."

Beside him stood another man clad in a white lab coat, clutching a stack of neatly folded papers while explaining to this high-ranking official.
