CHAPTER SEVEN

" Professor Ning" he could hear someone calling continuously,was it an illusion? he thought struggling to open his eyes but he was suddenly attacked by a sharp pain and he closed his eyes again " Professor Ning" the voice came again and this time he slowly opened his eyes but his vision was blur " you are finally awake" He heard the person say with a sigh of relief " Mu Song" he slowly called as he sat up with his head still throbbing so hard and kicking him inside out " The drugs didn't work" Song hissed picking up the drugs dropping them on the desk " it's not something ordinary,we need to see the monk" Song suggested feeling worried for his friend but Ning strictly refused " no I think it's time" " Wen Ning!" Song shouted " I don't need a monk, I am okay" he kept saying picking up his car keys. " Did you know?" Song asked feeling amused which attracted Ning " What should I know?" he weakly asked bothered and you could see through his eyes that he was too weak and drained to go out " you were on the bed for two days" Song slowly said, shooting the words into his ears" Two days?" Ning asked shocked " yes Two days and I have been the cat taking care of your ass old man" Song hissed arching an eyebrow at Ning " Did my student visit?" he asked throwing himself on the bed " Yes all of them....aah! you are really famous and I am an underground" Song laughed but Ning wasn't here for dramas as his state of mind wasn't clear enough " and I saw Xhou" song slowly muttered seeing the down hearted face of his friend .

" Xhou?" Ning asked his heart beating fast, what was he doing here? " Yes" song nodded looking at Ning who has finally become absent minded ; so it was true that he was killed by someone unknown " he was killed a year later after your death" Song confirmed it sadly knowing the pains and torture both of them passed through,he knew the fate of betrayal and mistrust they were keen to before their deaths,he understood the longings and protection each of them had for each other and it wasn't an easy task to let go . Most importantly was the fact that the darn war caused by the Exodus clan hasn't ended as many people are still trying to recover from the fact that they lost and more clans were after the flying sword created by Weng Xing, the once calm and peaceful world had been driven to nuts by the quest of power, and more fame to absorb the world to rule all man kind , not minding the souls of innocent ones lost in the pursuit of powerful weapons.

" Mu Song" he heard wen Ning call him " I think it is really time to go back to our world" " Are you sure about this? that you really want to do this? Remember you are still the villain that collided with sharata clan and betrayed them all" Mu song reminded his heart filled with worries and troubles " That is why I have to go back and avenge for Xhou,he did nothing wrong in standing by my side till death" " Then let me give you a hint, the soul of Xhou still roams around Thanos and can be easily accessible to be used in the quest of power by sharata and few clans we don't know" Song said folding his arms " where can I find his soul?" Wen Ning asked ready for anything " In the valley of dry blood" Mu song pronounced dangerously to show him that this was a suicide mission " and remember the Xhou we saw is soulless, his soul was left behind in Thanos".

Doctor Yang opened a map in front of him, holding a compass on his left hand. Ever since he appeared in this world,he knew something in him was actually missing which was definitely his soul and he needed to find it as soon as possible. The souls he lost, the loved ones he lost, people he cared for, people he was willing to die for and exchange his life with, everything he did was a waste and was definitely useless because they killed HIM , they took HIM away from him accusing him of joining forces with the evil clan to wipe everyone out.

His hands shook vehemently and sweat like living tears poured down his face,he finally got to see him after all these years but can't meet him without a soul in him. His soul had stayed behind crying for Justice as it roamed around the world of Thanos . It was definitely time to finish what has started 34 years ago,he was finally going back home to find his soul and soulmate with a decision this time around, that nothing will separate them not even his father or those haters. Finally! it was a time for revenge as a white portal appeared in front to accept and throw him back into the other world.

They all loved him because of his jolly characters, his comedies,his intelligence, his wildness and capabilities to make friends and fun of others,we are talking of no other person than Weng Xing the crazy master " Do you know why an elephant can't fly?" he is caught teaching the young disciples of this thunder clan under an oak tree " no" the kids chorused giggling with joy, everyone wanted him to be their teacher, tutor and Master because of his way of handling things unlike one prince Xhou who was so unbearably mean and gloomy, with his attractive face which according to rumors can Chase the devil and his black magic.People believed that as soon as he ascended the throne, that he will abolish parties and entertainment but put to law excessive studying of all the twenty one principles of Dijin to death and all citizens won't be able to talk to air their views and Guess who gave them this mentality? WENG XING of course. And actually, Xhou was so done with him but what could he do to everyone's favorite even his father had a liking for Weng due to his undying smartness and capabilities.

" Because First childe cursed him to undying heaviness and weight" Weng replied demonstrating to the kids who burst out in laughter ,that they fell from their mats. Xhan smacked his master's head with high amusement " you could get whipped if you keep saying this against First childe,his face alone can kill you" Xhan whispered because he had sighted Xhou coming from afar " he is so boring" Xhan tsked rolling his eyes as he saw the modesty of Xhou , which was his right hand behind his back as he walked towards them "WENG XING" He called with his voice firm like an angry King "Xhou Zao" Weng replied pouting his lips and blinking at the prince " That magic doesn't work for him,I am so sorry for you" Xhan whispered patting his master's shoulders with a look of mocked pity.

" Master Xhou, is it true that you cursed an elephant not to fly?" one of the disciples asked " aah keep quiet and read the twenty one principles of Dijin" Weng chipped in pointing at the child who kept giggling and avoiding eye contact with Xhou. " Your lack of respect and savagery won't be tolerated any longer WENG XING" Xhou warned his voice cold and to Xhan it was rather abnormal " Ay captain!" Weng bowed trying to hide his laugher which was barely impossible. Xhou arched an eyebrow seeing Weng's back vibrating with laughter, when will this boy know the difference between seriousness and jokes? Ever since he came here last two months and started displaying his unruly behaviors,he started doubting whether he really liked him or pitied him? " End of class" He snapped at the kids who finally sped off with Joy in their hearts.

" I was just teaching them" Weng asked his face becoming a little serious " Didn't you realize that today is the lectures combined with different clans coming here?" Xhou asked with discipline all over him " no and what happened?" Weng asked " Your presence is needed in the class" Xhou concluded before walking away " why must he be soo mean? not that he will have long life" Xhan hissed with disapproval " I will be back soon, take your time around here" Weng smiled patting his back before running to catch up with Xhou.
