Wrapping Up The Expedition

"General Chao, it seems like your responses are really slow, I'll take it gently this time" Miao Yin said warmly but the venomous glint flashing through her eyes countered the feeling she exuded.

Chao Yun's face bloomed with a sneer as his scarlet saber shot out from his hands. 

With weird choreography and mysterious runes he crafted altogether, he aimed in the direction of Miao Yin. 

WHOOP! 

The harsh sound of whipped space and the tremor caused by the reverse spinning of the saber made Miao Yin slightly constrict her gaze. 

With a solemn expression, she closed her eyes while the red  lotus on her forehead shone violently.

After she opened her eyes, it became as red as the lotus mark on her forehead. 

The flames on her whip seemed to have increased as well. 

With a slicker of malicious intent, she whirled her whip to aim at the incoming saber.
