Chapter 2 : Roommate.

Third person point of view

Mingyu went to the dorm he was allotted in. He went up the floors carrying his luggage and reached his room. He opened the door and dragged his entire luggage in there. It was a room for two and it looked like he was the only one for now and the other didn't arrive yet. He chose the bed he wanted and started unpacking on that side.

He did for an hour and sat on the bed to rest. He rotated his neck and sighed. He heard someone knock on the door. So he got up and opened it. He saw a guy carrying his things. " Hello ". " Hi. Come inside ". Mingyu moved aside opening the door wider. The guy brought in his things and put it on the other side.

Mingyu closed the door and walked in. The other guy put his things away and turned to Mingyu " Hello. I am Jeon Jungkook ". " Hello. I am Kim Mingyu ". Both of them smiled. " Nice to meet you ". " You too ". Mingyu said looking at him. " Let's get along well ". Jungkook gave a cute bunny smile and they both shook hands.

" Yes ". Mingyu let go and smiled. Jungkook looked around the room. " You already set up your things ". Mingyu looked at all that he did. " I was early here and didn't know what to do. So I thought I might as well get some things done ". Jungkook nodded and smiled. " I was late because of my luggage ". Jungkook said with a small frown.

Mingyu nodded in understanding. " By the way, did you eat anything ? " Jungkook asked as he checked the time. Mingyu shook his head. " It is already a little late. Shall we go get some food ? I mean if you don't mind coming with me ". Jungkook chuckled. Mingyu nodded. " Sure. I totally don't mind. Let's go ? " Jungkook nodded and they walked out.

For starters it looked like they both got along pretty well. They had lunch outside and then walked back to their room talking and laughing. Mingyu closed the door after entering the room. The door of the room on the opposite opened and a guy with a rose and round glasses walked out.

He walked to the stairs to go out. He was getting down the stairs when someone shouted his name. " Wonwoo-ya ". He stopped in his tracks and looked up. His friend took quick steps and came down. He put his hand around Wonwoo's shoulder. " Let's go ". They then walked out together.

The new roommates, Mingyu and Jungkook were both happy for how it turned out. They were both compatible and they spent the day unpacking and chatting. They went to the cafeteria for dinner. It was a really big hall with students flowing in and out of it. They picked up the food and sat down at a table.

" It is fine for cafeteria food ". Mingyu said as he ate the food. Jungkook nodded. Mingyu remembered he forgot to get water. " I will be back ". Jungkook nodded. Mingyu got up and got himself a drink instead and turned around. He looked around and saw the same person from morning; the person whom he gave the rose.

He was about to walk in the direction but when he looked again, he couldn't find him anywhere. He continued to look around and walked a few steps ahead. " How did he just disappear ? " He mumbled to himself and went back to his seat. It was a really big hall and Mingyu thought maybe he saw it wrong or he did miss him in a second.

He went back and continued eating. They finished the meal and went back to their room. Mingyu took a shower and dressed up in his night wear. He flopped down on the bed with a sigh. Jungkook also finished a shower and sat down at the desk. He opened another bag and started setting up his computer and stuff.

" You like to play games ? " Mingyu asked when he saw Jungkook busy with all the gadgets. " Yeah. You ? " " Not really. I just play a little from time to time ". " Ahh... okay ". " Do you play well ? " Jungkook nodded with a smile. " I am good. I learnt from my brother and he is even better than me ". Mingyu nodded impressed.

" That's nice ". " If you want to learn you can ask me. I will help you level up ". Jungkook offered with a grin. " Thanks. I am counting on you then ". Jungkook giggled. Mingyu smiled and slept on the bed. They were silent for a while. Jungkook finished setting it up and turned around. He saw Mingyu who already fell asleep.

Mingyu felt tired after the way his day went. He spent all of his energy in setting up his room. So he fell asleep pretty easily. Jungkook switched the lights off. Luckily the desktop light would not fall on the bed side, so he sat down to play games for a while but not too long. He had classes the next day, so he also went to sleep.
