"I've heard a rumor that the late emperor's subordinates have been capturing powerful monsters around the capital," He whispered, glancing at Grimnok Frostjaw, confirming the latter didn't hear him.

Wain raised an eyebrow in response, interested in this piece of information. "So, you think these monsters might be a part of the Trial of Kings?" he asked. It seemed that Bjornulf had some valuable information, and he was now willing to share them after Wain saved him from the Grimnok earlier.

Bjornulf nodded, confirming Wain's suspicions. "It's very likely," he replied. "However, don't be fooled. While these monsters are powerful, the greatest danger in the trial isn't them, but the other participants instead!"
