Tobias Perkins didn't sleep soundly. In the late night, the discomfort on his back kept him from sleeping, and coupled with the increasingly low room temperature, a thin blanket clearly wasn't enough to keep him warm.
Rather than trying to sleep in the cold, he might as well wake up and read a magazine.
Tobias grabbed the magazine Olivia Taylor had been reading today and searched for topics he was interested in.
While reading, he noticed Olivia moving restlessly. Her flipping and tossing seemed to be getting more frequent.
At first, Tobias thought Olivia was just having a hard time sleeping, maybe due to sleeping in a new place. But now, things didn't seem that simple.
Putting down the magazine, he moved to the bedside. He saw Olivia frowning and her face was much redder than before—abnormally so.
Tobias reached out to touch Olivia's face and found it extremely hot. He panicked, shaking Olivia, "Olivia, wake up, Olivia!"
