Linda's reminder didn't really need to be said, Olivia knew all about it.
But once work started, who could care about these things - the focus was on getting the job done as soon as possible.
After Linda and Olivia finished eating, Linda helped Olivia back to her room.
Feeling somewhat helpless, Olivia said, "Linda, I'm fine now. You're acting as if I'm already critically ill."
Linda stubbornly stood by her approach, saying, "No way, you just felt so unwell. I have to take extra care of you."
"If I ever have a headache or something, you could learn from me and care for me like I'm doing now."
Olivia chuckled and said, "So you want to use this to exchange for my care for you, huh?"
Linda brazenly admitted, saying, "Isn't it? Think about it, since the two of us got to know each other, isn't it always me taking care of you?"
Olivia fell silent.
It was true.
The first time the two met, Linda was already looking after Olivia.
And since then, she's been doing it for so long.
