Eva smiled and struggling to step down from the bed, she heard Carol saying,

"I want to give you an important message to leave to your gold-digging friend".

Her words pierced through Eva's mind like a dagger and staring at the doctor, she wondered what all that was about.

Carol told Eva to ask Bethany to leave Duke alone for her as they have been in love ever since they were in high school.

Eva not being able to contain the information, interrogated the doctor whether that was the reason why she had entered her room that morning and without asking for her patient had slept, she instead gave her a temperament.
