“Mia!!” I heard Liam's voice from the other side of the door.

I was surprised to hear his voice.

“Liam?” I asked shocked.

“Yes!” He said and I rushed towards the door.

“Liam!! What are you doing here?” I asked him shocked.

I told him to hide and keep his distance from dad but here he is, outside my door.

“You think you will get married and I won’t come?” He said.

I can sense anger in his voice.

“Look, it’s not like that! I am not going to get married. Go back and be safe for me, please.” I pleaded to him.

“I need to talk to you.” He said being stubborn.

“I can’t talk to you right now. Please leave.” I said to him.

“I met your friends.” He said suddenly to my surprise.

“What friends are you talking about?” I asked confused.

“Amy and Claire.” He replied.

“What?! Where?! When?! Why?? How??! Why did you meet them? What did they say to you?” I asked him in shock.

“I want to talk to you.” He said again.

“Okay! I will talk to you.” I said to him.
