To Keilani, Tirzah, and Maliq "pawl"

It was because of you, my beautiful big sister Tirzah that I fell in love with writing. Growing up and seeing you use journaling and story telling as not only a creative outlet, but mental and emotional resource. That helped me become who I am today.

To one of my very best friends Keilani, I really wouldn't have the courage to show people my work if it wasn't for you. You were the very first person to read one of my poems, back in the 6th grade and still the only person that has read every single one of them.

To my amazing big brother, even know we aren't all that close I can proudly say that you are one of the people I can relate to the most even though we don't talk about it. You are also the person that told me some of the wises words that I've ever heard. "Tomorrow is the day that never comes", so you only have today. Even if you got it from an anime it still stuck with me. You are also the reason that I got into poetry.
