Her New Step In Life

In the vast expanse of space, a strange and eerie phenomenon occurred. 

In the depth of the Cosmos, A pair of eyes stare at the planet called "Earth"

The pair of eyes, piercing and unblinking, stared intently at the planet "Earth". These eyes were not human, nor did they belong to any known species. They seemed to be... watching.

The eyes belong to a human-shaped man. It looks like a shadow with a pair of mysterious eyes. So,for now it can be called a shadow man.

The shadow man said, "The power stone will be mine." He spoke as he narrowed his eyes.

After that he vanished from there.

"Earth" is a place where human beings live. Not only human beings, but also various types of animals, insects, birds, trees etc. All are different from each other.There have some rumors that, Angel, Devils,Vampire & many invisible things lives in the "Earth"

"Earth" is the 4th Planet in the Solar System. It moves around the Sun. Beside that it has one sub planet - Moon. The Earth has its own air system,water system & lands. It is small but quite beautiful.

On this planet there lives a human young lady. She has a beautiful, energetic & charmstic personality. Her name is Nuba. She lives with her father, mother & a younger brother. 

Nuba just passed the school and entered college. Though Nuba is a cheerful and calm girl, when she gets angry, she can create a huge storm in a second. But the problem is, she can't stay mad at anyone for so long.

Nuba's mother is working in the kitchen. She is cooking food for Nuba & her younger brother, Noor. Suddenly she remembers that Nuba just passed junior school and entered high school.

Today is her 1st day at college. But Nuba didn't get up yet. At this rate she will be late for the class on her 1st day at college & she will be humiliated by other students. As far as I know she will be making a fuss for sure. And that will be a big problem for her. I need to wake her up early.

"Nuba! Nuba! This girl, Nuba!" My mom calls her by my name

"Ummmmm.., a little more…mom Please". I replied to her without opening my eyes.

"Get up early, you're late!" My mom said it when she took off my quilt. 

"Oh mom plz a little more" I said with a yawn ... 

"Oh, this girl. What should I do to her?"

After some time, My mom again comes to call me.

"Nuba! Get up now. Today is your first day at college. If you are late, you will be ashamed in front of everyone. Then don't blame me for being late." my mom said it with a pout.

I Jumped up and sat down. "Oo...holy crap. I have forgotten". I said to myself while rubbing my eyes. Then I ran for the washroom. 

"This crazy girl. I can't take this girl anymore". My mom said it with a big sigh!

I got ready and went downstairs. Mother called me back while I was leaving without breakfast. "Nuba,go have breakfast". She says while she serves the food on the dining table. 

"No mom, it's getting late". I replied while I put on my shoes.

"If you don't eat, your body will get worse". My father said that, holding a newspaper in his hand. He is reading a newspaper sitting on the couch.

"No, father, it will not. You don't have to worry so much". I replied to him with a gentle look.

"At least take the tiffin. Eat the tiffin on time okay?". My mom took the tiffin box and put it inside my backpack. After that she went to the dining table and started to feed Noor.

"Well mom. But now I'm really late.Thank you, mom. I'm going now then, I'm leaving papa." I replied to my mom and took permission for leave.

"Be careful dear". My father wished for me to stay careful.

"Okay papa," I replied with a bow.

I'm walking down a street. Suddenly I see an injured bird lying on the ground. I picked up the bird in my arms and carefully looked for the injury.

"Aww poor bird!" 

I said while looking at the bird's injury. I felt pity for the bird. Finding the injury, I searched for a mini first aid box in my bag. Then I cleaned the bird's injured skin. After that I carefully applied the ointment on the bird's skin & bandaged it. Then I poured water in the bird's mouth. The bird slowly drank the water. After helping the bird, I put the bird in its nest.

Suddenly I realized that I was out of time. Then I hurriedly ran for the college entrance gate. 

After entering the gate, I felt safe. "Phew. Today I am safe."

Although I have attended girls' schools since childhood, boys and girls will now study together in college. So I am a little more excited and also feel happy. My college is very beautiful and very big. It is Very neat and tidy. Lots of beautiful flower trees are planted around the college. There are wild & multi coloured flowers blooming in it. The figment of the flowers refreshed my mind. I called out someone and found out where the eleventh class was. 

After finding the classroom I entered the classroom & sat on a bench in the middle row. 

"Can I sit next to you?"

A beautiful girl asked for my permission. The girl is so beautiful that I stare at her with my mouth open. She has fair light skin. Her long dark brown curly hair falls down her waist which is waving with air. She stares at me with her dark brown eyes. Her pair of thin pink lips look so attractive as a Strawberry. 

"Yes". I replied happily as I moved aside and also made space for her.

"Umm...I'm Meera, I'm 16 right now, what about you?" After talking about herself she asked me.

"My name is Nuba. And I'm 16 too". I replied to her with a warm smile.
