Fresh blood and raw meat

"Umm, Elina…what's all this?" Hazel asked me while I was busy asking the salesman to show me the best fresh meat they had in stock

"Is it fresh, how many days have you had it?" I asked, ignoring Hazel talking and tapping me on the shoulder. The man smiled and showed me all the fresh red meat they had in the large freezers

"Miss, we just did a restock today…see it's still fresh," the salesman said showing me the best meet they had

"Okay, I want a lot of it.. make sure it's nice, I don't want…"

"Elina,  why are you buying all this…I mean what for," Hazel finally managed to get my attention. With a long sigh, asked the salesman to go ahead and pack for me the meat while I talked to Hazel 

"I called you and Violet here… because I need your help," I said while dragging her to somewhere private. The supermarket was busy with people walking around and buying stuff, some kids running and parents yelling for them to stop.
