She Is Still Alive!

Just as I was about to leave the office after Mike had left, teacher Sam asked me to stay back.

"Tell me about your progress in the mission I gave to you!" He requested.

"I succeeded but there's something I don't quite understand," I replied.

"Which is?"

"Which is the reason behind the mission. Why did you have to send me to that town when there are other people you could have sent besides, you could have gone as well but you choose to send me. Why?"

"Haven't you figured it out?" He questioned with his sharp gaze on me.

"Figured what?" I asked in return. I couldn't understand anything he was saying at the moment.
