Liam texted Oliver 10 minutes after he left his house.

It was the first time they were going to be communicating like this and Liam was feeling a bit jittery. Although he doubted Oliver would respond since he didn't seem like the type to text.

(Obviously. It's just a stone throw away, remember?)

The reply made Liam surprised, and he smiled widely.

(You could have tripped and fallen, who knows?) Liam replied as he lay down on his bed.

(I'm not that clumsy.)

Liam smiled again. Oliver seemed to be fine with texting because he was replying almost as soon as he received the message. Since he didn't have anything else to do and was bored, he decided to continue texting.

(Are you sure you aren't?) Liam teased.

(Don't be annoying!)

(Haha! You should build more muscles.)
