Surprise
Ren Shiyuan was obviously happy when he heard her reply. In that happiness, he kissed her again.
Nian Jiezhen was already feeling embarrassed enough but she couldn't bring herself to push him away.
After a few minutes, the kiss finally broke.
"I should go." Ren Shiyuan said in the middle of his pants. If he remained with her any further, he might cancel his flight and leave the next month instead!
Nian Jiezhen nodded lightly, finally allowing him to go. "Take care."
"You too."
After Ren Shiyuan left, Nian Jiezhen was supposed to go back home but she was suddenly called because of a case.
Just like that, Nian Jiezhen went back to her normal routine in her daily life.
Whenever she got home, she would always miss Ren Shiyuan's presence. If only she could go visit him but she was so busy with her work. She was not willing to take a small vacation too especially when she was working on unfinished cases.
