Visit to Infirmary
"To think that idiot would actually got hit by a deer", Icarus complained on the way to the village. Carl and Russ were in the front, Pointiff and Wade was carrying Jack and Icarus was following them from behind.
" Why didn't he move out of the way", Pointiff asked "Even a child knows how to dodge"
And to answer Pointiff's question, No one could have dodged that atleast no Mugward could have cause Wade was controlling the vine from the distance. A new thing he discovered during the hunt.
After running through the forest for some time the party reached the village and went to the infirmary in the Kingdom.
"Is it someone new or is it the Old one's", Vince, the physician in the infirmary asked.
" It's Jack", Pointiff replied.
"Him! are you guys ambushed by any animals", Vince asked the party while Wade and Pointiff carried Jack in to the infirmary. They placed him in a bed and started to take off his leather armour.
" No he... He was Injured by a horned deer", Pointiff said with an Hesitation.
Vince was slightly taken by this response.
"I always thought Jack was someone who only acts when there is no danger around the task", Vince said.
"THERE WAS NO DANGER. THE ASSHOLE FORGET TO DODGE THE DEER", Icarus shouted.
"alright alright could you guys please wait outside?", Vince asked.
Everyone left the room and was waiting outside the Infirmary.
"Other than that Jackass everyone performed well, especially you bratt", Icarus complemented everyone.
"Thank you sir", Wade was the only one to respond others just nodded their head.
After thirty minutes Vince came out from the infirmary and informed them about Jack's condition. He got a broken sternum. It would take months to heal but he won't escape the after effect for his lifetime. He will be having a hard time to breathe for the rest of his life.
If only there was a healing potion he could escape his life long misery but those are not available for the Mugward cause it was only provided to the soldiers and the Royalties and some nobles and also it was so much expensive.
Icarus doesn't care about that cause he have already got himself a golden goose.
"That's all for today, Go and have a good rest and return to the party office three days from now", Icarus Instructed them.
" And Wade do me a favor, return this coins to your uncle and told him that I said 'I got a golden goose so no need for silver'", Icarus said while laughing.
"Sure sir", Wade bowed and turned towards the others and said "See you guys on the next Hunt".
Like always they just nodded their head and dispersed from the place.
Wade went to the shop and lay on his so called Bed and opened the system.

He increased his strength and to back up his strength he increased his stamina and agility. Finally he doubled his Mana cause it goes without saying Mana was always ultimate in this world.
After assigning the points Wade could feel his entire goes through the change from in and out but this time it was a sensation he liked so much and he would always look for this sensation in the future.
He stood up from the bed and began flexing his arms and legs. He could feel the Mana very clearly and he could feel some type of rotation within his heart. Upon closer concentration on his heart Wade started to focus his Mana in his right hand.
He could see He have materialized a blue coloured flame on his Right hand. He wanted to add some details to the flame but he couldn't do it. So he grabbed a wooden stick from the shop.
Unlike the branch which had a thread like Mana he could see the flame covering the entire stick. He started to swing the stick around. Although the stick was lighter It had so much force behind each swing.
He wondered what would be the impact if the stick was to collide with an object. Soon he found his target, a log which was going to be cut for a window.
He swing the stick vertically on the top of the log. He expected it to be shattered on the top and have some damage on the middle and completely fine on the bottom but what happened next was a complete surprise.
The stick cut through the log like a butter and made a perfect half. If one had to guess they would thought it was cut by an aura swordsman.
"No way, Is it Aura?", Wade questioned himself.
'But I thought I could only access Mana', Wade was wondering how a Mugward who doesn't have any Mana was able to use both magic and aura at the same time.
After thinking for some time it hit him. Yes both Magic and Aura was created by the same ingredient, Mana. It only differs from the way one practicing it. In Wade's case he was blessed by the meteorite from the sky, It converts the Mana into whatever he want.
"How convenient", Wade was amazed by his potential.
Even though there was only a few Golden Aura users in the past there is no record of an Individual Being a mage and swordsman simultaneously.
Wade was already content with the fact that he could use magic but the Aura thing came as a surprise.
He wanted to test his potential but it was already late and after a long hunt He needed some rest not that he was tired but don't want to over exert himself.
Wade was thinking about how his aunt would react after knowing that he killed a couple of red foxes on his first hunt. He could already see himself on his aunt's cleavage and her showering of kisses on his cheeks and temple. And also How his Uncle would react after getting to know that Icarus have returned his coins.
