Tamru scrunches his face. "I can't really talk about it," he says. "It's kind of a pull-the-ripcord sort of situation. I hate the fact that I can't, and I'm sure you do too, but there's a good reason for it."

Your face falls in disappointment, and Tamru sighs.

"OK, OK," he says. "I know how curious you get. Don't go crazy about it. Ask me about it at the party. I know that sounds weird, but it's the safest place for us to talk about it." He nods at Flynn. "You and I should definitely talk, at the celebration, before you talk to the whales. It'll be safest there."

Flynn looks at him, at least as intrigued as you are. "Whatever you think would be best," he says.

Tamru turns back to you. "Let's get back to the city. I'm sure Tephra is starting to worry about where Flynn is."

"You're probably right," Flynn says. "We should be heading back."
