Chapter 15

(Her POV)

"What? Why you stopped?" I couldn't help but ask both in frustration and l*st.

I just couldn't believe myself. Yesterday night, I had got my first kiss.... also that from that b*stard Daniel. Yet, I don't why I felt a Heaven and Hell difference from Daniel's kiss and Steven's kiss.

Daniel's Kiss was like full of lust yet full of controlled as if he was holding himself back. And foremost, there wasn't any other emotions.

But when Steven was kissing me just now, I clearly felt his gentleness and love. It was such a soothing feeling as if he's my guardian angel who will always love me selflessly and keep me safe.

I didn't know why and how I felt it... but yeah I felt. So, I couldn't stop myself from wanting more. And hence.... I felt so d*mn frustrated when he broke our intimate kiss.

But in reply what I heard from him was, "The rest would be reserved for our special relationship. Make me your boyfriend, and then I won't stop even if you want me to," as he caressed my cheeks. I couldn't help but lean on his soft touches to feel his warmth.

Oh No! My Heart, please wait! Don't control me yet! I need to get a few of the matters at hand straight!

With a deep sigh, I looked at the ceiling to sort out my thoughts.

As I am having a nagging feeling that, I am only reacting to Steven like that more two reasons:

First, Since I had never dated anyone before, I was getting attracted to the opposite sex.... Preferably, Steven... as no one had ever take further steps apart from proposing to me.

And second, Since I found Daniel cheated on me, my subconscious mind wants to avenge myself and hence, found Steven to be in that advantageous option to layout my revenge plan.

But, still all of my options are running out, only for these stupid heart beats of mine. I've spent majority of my life with my guy friends and brothers, so I'm sure that my heart had never beated this fast whenever I was in contact with them. H*ck, till now my heart doesn't palpitate like that when I'm with my brothers.

And my heart is malfunctioning from the time when I first saw Steven. So, I need to make some things clear first, before I do anything else.

"Then, be my boyfriend, Steven," I said and saw how he almost screamed with his eyes wide as he flinched.

I could clearly see how Steven was having an internal debate, as his eyes were showing mixed emotions. One time, there was hope. Next time, there was confusion. Then came his doubt. Then the insecuritues. And finally determination.

I let him be as I watched him, showing all kinds of emotions in a split of a second, through his eyes.

And finally when he calmed down a little, I called him, "Steven?"

He looked at me with his shiny eyes. And before I could say anything, he grabbed my shoulders tightly as he pulled me in a hug... a tight hug.

"Ste- Steven?"

Just what the h*ck is this? Can you elaborate my current situation, please? Thank you.

"Shh! Just let me hug you for a while, please," I heard his pleading voice and soon I felt some wetness on my back, just under my shoulders.

"Ste-ven?" I called him when I felt his whole body trembling, "Are you okay? What's up?"

I asked him. But got no reply except his nuzzling in the gap between my neck and shoulder. So, I wrapped my arms more tightly on him as I rested my head on his stern chest. I could feel his heartbeat was going back to normal.... very slowly.

We stayed there in that hugging position for quite sometime. We only left each other when we heard footsteps coming towards us.

"Excuse me for a while," He said, turning his back on my vision just the momemt he separated. And then without any other words, he walked away in hurried steps.

I watched him leaving in a daze as I, myself was confused about my thoughts at that momemt. I only broke away from my thoughts when I felt a strong arm fall on my shoulders and gave a tight squeeze on my neck.

I turned to the side and saw it was Brother Mike. And at the side stood, Brother Gruns and Brother V.

"Hey, Lini! What are you dazing off about? Let's go and see your surprise! Come! Come! Come!"

"Brother Mike, I-"

"No more words, Lini. Since you said you're staying here today, you've to stay. You can't change your decision at the eleventh hour!"

I wanted to say something but I stopped when Brother V gave me a crooked smile with a wink from the side, "Well, Cutie, you don't have to worry. You won't be disappointed with the room."

As soon as Brother V finished, he earned a few grunts from my other two brothers, piquing my interest on what this group was upto.

I gave a last glance towards the place from where Steve had left and accompanied my brothers.

And yeah... Just as Brother V had said, I wasn't even a little bit of disappointed with my room and the arrangements. The walls were in off white colour (from the start). So, these guys only did the arrangements.

There was a large square sized bed (that can hold three people at the least) placed near the large window. There was a small bedside table with two drawers. Two cupboards, one at the bedside and another near a large door (The bathroom door). There was another table that looked like a study table, along with a chair.

I walked closer towards the large door in the room and as soon as I opened it, I came face to face with another large room (smaller than the bedroom). I looked around with wide eyes as I saw that there were two bottles of shampoo, one bottle of hair oil, a comb, a floam gel, body wash, face wash at the side of the basin and at the other side there was a container hanging with a toothbrush, a toothpaste and a tongue cleaner with a little bottle of mouthwash.

When I turned to my left, I saw the shower place, where a curtain was placed. I removed it and saw a bathtub with a light pink towel at the side.

The toiletries were also there.

And what shocking was that everything was new and recently brought.

"This-" I wanted to say something but the moment I turned I saw the boys who were observing me, looked away in red faces.

"Umm... Lini, I guess you liked our arrangements and we really hope you'll enjoy your stay here.... I-I have something to do, so I'll take my leave now. Bye, Good night, Have sweet dreams."

"Ahh- Yeah! Yes! Me too. I've something to do too!"

"Yes! Yes! Me too!"

"Me too! I've something to do too!"

"Me too!"

"Mee too!"

I didn't know who was it that said it (I guess brother Lafer... Or brother Jake maybe) but within a blink everyone left as if a magician did a magic and they all vanished.

Lyckily, Brother Dew was there and didn't leave.

"Brother Dew, this... umm.. this?" I didn't know what to say anymore after how those boys left my sight. For a moment I even doubted if I was looking unpresentable and hideous at the moment or not.

Brother Dew gave me a look, then towards the way where the boys left and then again looked at me as he bursted in laughter, "Oh! Lini... (haha)... That was... (haha).... so height... (haha)... Who would have... who would have thought that... only you... can... make those (haha) aloof guys so .... (hahahahaha)... so flustered like that (haha)..."

"Brother Dew?" I stomped my feet in anger as I couldn't make head and tail out if his words. Just... what the hell!

But he didn't explained his words. He just left while laughing. I sneered in anger as I busied myself to prepare for my sleep.

After getting freshed, I turned off the lights (only letting the lamp light stay on) and laid down on my bed. It was soft and cozy. But as soon as I laid down, the memories of last night came running through my memory barriers as they mixed with tonight's events.

I hugged the side pillow tightly in my arms as I buried my head in it, letting my freely falling tears to be soak by the pillow.
