CHAPTER 109
Reinhard said goodbye to Gabby to go home first because he had some business. Reinhard would take care of his citizenship files to stay in the Queenby Empire. Having a relationship with Gabby was why Reinhard stayed in the Empire.
On the way home, Gabby was smiling in the carriage. Now Gabby and her three ladies-in-waiting are taking the Royal Carriage for the return journey. The three ladies-in-waiting just smiled, seeing their lord being in love.
This week Reinhard asked Gabby for a date only. Gabby will be very busy for the next two weeks because the Magic Academy carried by the Head Witch Jas has finished, and Gabby has to inaugurate it first. Scarla blushed to hear Gabby praising the beauty of her bracelet. "It's definitely Leon's gift." Shushu nodded in response to Gabby's words.
"Right." Scarla blushed, even more, hearing Shushu's words.
The three didn't realize that their love affair made Lili smile wryly. She didn't know what about her love story. There is a man who makes her interested, and it's just that she hesitates to reveal it because the man is close to a woman too.

The next day Gabby heads to Krul Town. She visits the residence of the Head Witch Jas. The Royal Magicians had awaited Gabbby's arrival along with Duke Steward and Viscount Dovalt. They intended to discuss the Magic Academy in the future. Since the Magic Academy was built in Krul City, Duke Steward and Viscount Dovalt had to be fair in the discussion since they were both the town holders.
They were seen sitting neatly in a room that the Head Witch Jas had prepared. The magicians under the guidance of Jas were eagerly waiting for the inauguration of the magic academy.
"We'd better mix the Noble class and the Commoner class." Gabby said in the discussion.
"Is that all right, Your Majesty? We are afraid that there will be acts of bullying among ordinary people." Said a Magician who would become a teacher at a magic academy later.
"I agree with Your Majesty, for acts of abuse perpetrated by certain persons, that is where the Masters' act," said Jas. Gabby has already decided that Jas will be the Head of the Magic Academy in the future.

"Scholarship?" they said in unison.
"Scholarships are a favor for talented students from among the poor, and they will free them from any costs. The Empire will bear everything." Gabby explained the opinion that Lili gave yesterday. Lili told about the Assistance System for gifted students who couldn't afford it. Although it sounds strange for a country that upholds the hierarchy, there's nothing wrong with trying the system.
"That is an excellent idea, Your Majesty. If we are fair, I think it will be good for underprivileged children." The Head Witch Jas said. He was happy that the Empress of the Empire cared so much for the underprivileged people. This was the thing he had been waiting for the most. Jas is a commoner, so he knows the problems that always occur among students from among the poor. Seeing their reactions, Gabby summed up her charming smile, which is typical in men's eyes.

Gabby's speech was cut short when a spear pierced her face. Gabby didn't budge when she saw the Spear stuck in front of her. Her gaze stared intently at a tall man on top of the Spear.
The man looks human and only has one white wing on his left waist. Residents who saw it immediately became hysterical and dispersed. The magicians immediately alerted to see the man standing calmly on top of the Spear. The three ladies-in-waiting's Gabby was also on alert and immediately moved in front of Gabby to block the man who was staring at them blankly.
