Meeting Magdalene III

After dinner, Aurelia curtsied to the Duchess and left the table along with others while Magdalene was the only one left at the table. Her eyes didn't leave the dress Aurelia was wearing, a dark inky blue velvet gown having silver lacy patterns at the chest area, the waist area was made with intricate silver lining design. Such designs weren't found in Lancashire.

This was one of the dresses Aurelia bought from Magic Needle, Deliah's dress shop which she had given Maria to gift it to Vivian but the older woman was wise and kept it.

Aurelia was extremely worried about Vivian whom she hadn't seen since their arrival in the duchy. The Duchess only told her that Vivian has joined the maidservants in the Elathan mansion.

Sighting the butler who was heading towards the kitchen with the trolley she was about to take her steps when a masculine voice stopped her.
