Cullen once more shook his head at Owen before as the later left, heading to his small house provided for him by the people.
Cullen returned his gaze back to the village head and he recalled seeing Evelyn talking to him right after he left.
He had been thinking about what they were talking about when the village's head spoke, bringing him out of his reverie.
"Young General, wouldn't you head to your abode to have your lunch?"
He had wanted to reject it and go train instead when from the corners of his eyes he noticed Evelyn walking towards them and quickly changed his mind that he wanted to have his bath first.
He recalled that the last time he trained, she was literally there doing nothing but watch him train.
So, he felt if he went for a bath, that would be the perfect excuse to avoid her.
"Thanks. I would have a cool bath firat before eating. I need to rinse off the sweat of the day, you know."
