Chapter 17: We're ready

Inside a simulation five people gathered around a camp fire.

" Good work everyone. Although we died at the beginning we are getting it. Esther I know I said you should fight much and just support, but i think it's best if you spread you vibes around our surroundings and let us know if we have company."

She nods in response

" Ireayo, I acknowledge you as a good fighter but I think you should go on offense except if necessary. You should be focused on freezing the joints and vital point. The rest would act as offense. Ok rest well be going out in few hours." Ini ended his speech and went further into the cave to get some rest.

"Why do you think he wears a mask?" Esther asks with a rone of curiosity

" That mask isn't ordinary. It's very strong like it's a magical artifact" ireayo stated her observation

" He must have something to hide in his face. He isn't ugly as ayo won't stick around and ugly face so it must be a mark or something."

" Whatever it is we won't find out for now. He is very sensitive and would wake up before you could touch his face, the mask cannot be destroyed in battle so until he takes it off we're just left wondering" Esther ended the conversation.

After a few hours the left the cave to continue their training. The time I the simulation is set to 1:72 meaning I hour outside is 72 hours or 3 days in the simulation.

A while later, they could be seen sneaking up on an amin bear. Ini gestures to Esther and she speared her vines under ground all around them by a 10 meter radius. After she was done ini then gave ireayo a signal. She left their position, keeping her distance from the bear far enough she went opposite them and conjure ice spike and got ready to fire at the bear. Ini took a deep breath ready to try the fifth time. although they didn't die the last two times they had to retreat so a victory would be good. He then remembered something a 'special' person.

A bloodied body kid ( he has blood all over his body ) was lying down half dead and was just on the brink of life and death. His face covered by his mask was bloody making him look gory.

A woman could be seen sitting at the corner of the room she then turns to him and says to him " kid, in life we fight many battles just to win one war. I want you to remember all wars have a battle that determines all. Ilwven id you have lost all other battles you must win this one as this gives you true victory. Remember that." She stood up and told him to get ready ( for whatever she doing to him).
