Fox lady 2

On the second floor, the maidservant took Emma to a room with a lesser crowd. The room only have less than ten people.

Emma saw the few weapons on the rack and felt the difference between the weapon on the first floor and them.

'This truly an uncommon grade weapon.' He muttered in his mind.

But when his eyes caught sight of the prize tag, he froze for a moment. "What the hell!" He murmured in dazed.

"What do you say, sir?" With a bright eye, the maidservant stared at Emma in anticipation. "Have you found any weapon of choice."

"Emm" He took a deep breath to control the shock in his heart. "I can't find rank 3 and rank 4 weapons." Asked Emma after regaining his composure.

Seeing that Emma was not interested in buying the weapon but asking some stupid questions. The maidservant frown and grumbled.

"How can you expect to see rank 3 and rank 4 uncommon grade weapons in this small village." She snorted. "If you're not interested in buying a weapon, why do you waste my time with your stupid question."

"Don't you hear me calling you all this while" A female voice said in anger.

The maidservant heard the voice and turn to the voice direction. Sighting the mesmerizing fox lady, the maidservant ignore Emma and match toward the fox lady with her best smile.

"Sorry for not hearing your call. How may I help you, ma?" She bow slightly.

The fox lady walked past the maid servant without batting an eyes at her. 'Hmm! What just happened.' She wondered in dismay.

"Why don't you stop when I'm calling you?" The fox lady inquired with a frown.

Emma looked at the fox lady for a brief second and walked past her. He had something important doing than this disturbing parasite. The fox lady was furious when she saw Emma ignoring her.

'How dare you?' She was furious and her blood boiling in fury.

Emma moves closer to the rank 1 and rank 2 uncommon grade weapons and touch the weapon one after the other.

'I can feel the weapon contain many impurities. Though, the weapon shines and inviting. They won't last long in fierce battle.'

"I can see you are interested in these weapons?" The fox lady asked in disdain. "If you don't have enough money while put on the false bravado."

'Let me see if I can get books on inscription and array formation' He thought and walked closer to another maidservant.

Seeing Emma, the maidservant frown and asked. "What do you want?"

She had witnessed how Emma didn't buy a thing and waste her colleague time for nothing. She wanted nothing to do with this penniless man.

Emma didn't care about the strange look giving to him by the maidservant. "Do you have books on inscription and array formation?"

"What if we have?" She sneered.

"Can I see them?"

"No." The maidservant rejected outright. She snorted and walked pass Emma in disparagement.

A supercilious laugh came from behind, and Emma didn't need to look back to know who laugh. Those people on the floor looked at in scorn.

'Emma was lost. Totally lost.'

"Are you also interested in inscription and array formation." The fox lady looked at Emma with a sly smile.

"If you're interested, I can perhaps teach you. I know one or two things about inscription and array formation. Though I may not call myself Master in formation, but in rune inscription. In this small village and perhaps in bigger cities. Only a few can compete with me."

Emma creased his brow and turned to the fox lady. "Are you serious?"

"Why would this princess lie to you?" She replied with aloofness. Her tail sway left and right. Also, her fluffy ear stood straight.

"If you can teach me rune inscription and array formation. I'll let you use the token for an hour every day." Emma said directly.

"Really." The fox eyes brightened, giggling her tail.

"Yes." Emma nodded.

"I'm Sienna." She introduced.

"Emma."

"Is that not a girl name?" Sienna raised her brow. "Are you perhaps a girl dressed in male clothes."

Emma ignore Lily and saw a plain young lady in maidservant robe walking into the room. Without further ado, Emma beckons the plain lady.

"A-are you calling me?" The plain lady stuttered, not expecting Emma to call her.

It was her first day in the chamber and didn't know the rudiment to get any customer. She came to the second floor for sightseeing, but didn't expect someone to call her.

"Yes."

Taking a deep, the plain lady approached Emma, not looking at his helmet.

"I'm jellywink. How may I help you." Jellywink asked with in a low voice.

"Get me a rank 2 spear and the highest book on rune inscription and array formation in your chamber."

What!

Everyone in the room was astounded and looked at him with wide eyes. However, when they realized how Emma had wasted a lot of time in the room without buying anything. They snorted and look at him in contempt.

It took Jellywink a couple of seconds to recover from the shock. "I-I will be right back." She scurried away.

"Are you sure you can afford those things you requested." Sienna creased her brow. 'What the hell is this thing over his head.'

After a few minutes, a middle woman entered the room with Jellywink at the back.

"Are you perhaps the young man that requested for the order?" The middle-aged woman asked, trying to size Emma from head to toe.

"Yes. Do you have any problem with that." Emma retorted.

"No. No. Forgive me. It's not every day we receive such an order." The middle-aged woman smiled. "Please follow me"

After a couple of minutes, Emma returned from the third floor with the middle-aged woman smiling brightly beside Emma. A few steps back was Jellywink, giggling foolishly.

"Dear sir, if you have any other request. Don't hesitate to come to Golden Finger. I try my best to satisfy you."

Emma nodded and left the second with Sienna in tow.

"Jellywink, escort our special guest outside."

"Yes. Yes." Jellywink nodded her head like a pecking bird.

On the first floor, when the group of maidservant caught sight of Emma and Jellywink smiling foolishly. The maidservant rolled their eyes and couldn't understand what just happened.

"Dear sir, when you need anything in Golden Finger. Please don't hesitate to call for me." Jellywink said in a low voice with face reddened.

"I know a person with the village chief token won't be a pauper." Sienna grinned. "Give me the token."

"In your dream."
