Chapter 12 - The Truth

Yun Tian took a moment to decide his next decision and even though they only knew each other for a month. He sees them as someone that he would protect and trust. For a long time, he had only been denying how he felt and wanted to wait until then but decided that it was time. 

"I'm going to show you three things and you decide if you still want to be my friend or not."

They were curious about what he meant and were taken aback when they were suddenly transported to another place where they looked around and froze in awe looking at a balcony that had beautiful scenery. It was something they could only imagine from the story in their textbook. Everything felt like another world full of wonders and mysteries. 

"Y-Yun Tian!?"

The first one to notice was Xiao Ning'er and followed by the other two young girls who tense up unable to hold themselves when they saw Yun Tian's godly appearance made them fall into a trance-like state. Yun Tian's child form was handsome and cute but now he was beyond perfection that began to stir the heart of the innocent young girls.

At first, they were infatuated with him and now they were profoundly in love. It was impossible for them to find another like Yun Tian in their lifetime and would be single for the rest of their lives if he left them. His smooth skin and mesmerizing gaze pulled their hearts out without much resistance. 

Even the energy around him seems to submit themselves to his presence awaiting his command as if the whole world was under his reign. People move in accordance with the world while the world moves in accordance with him. 

"This is my true form. During my training with my master, I had spent over 1,000 years and had two women that became my wives and another after my journey."

Soon Yun Mei appeared out of nowhere in a puff of smoke surprising the three girls and seeing him wrap her arms around Yun Tian made them feel jealous and insecure after seeing how beautiful she was. Despite her beastly appearances outclass them in beauty and captivating allure. 

They were still ten years old and hadn't matured and their body was still petite except Huyan Lanruo who was starting to develop her womanly features. Afterward, Mio and Mia appeared beside Yun Tian, shocking them even further.

If Yun Mei was already beautiful, the two were more majestic and stunning than her where they were more elegant and graceful like fairies descended from the immortal world. 

"Would you three like to be my wife?"  

That simple question made them blush and understood what it meant but they didn't think too hard about accepting his offer wanting to be someone that interested them rather than the people who were trying to force themselves into marrying them. 

It was truly strange that they only spent a month together and were still young to make this decision but there was no escape when they were fated together. Mio and Mia nodded in approval while Yun Mei was simply happy to have new friends. 

When they accepted and gave their reason for agreeing, they received a [ Nirvana Abstruse Gemstone Pendant ] and were amazed by the effect it provided. Yun Tian gave them cultivation methods that match their Soul form and Attribute. 

For Xiao Ning'er, he taught her [ Lightning Dragon Technique ] also called Wind Lightning Winged Dragon Technique. A powerful wind lightning attribute cultivation technique.

When practiced by someone with the correct attribute and form the speed of the cultivation will advance by leaps and bounds. The growth during the early phases of practice is much faster than most other techniques.

Every stage of the Lightning Dragon cultivation technique raises a person's cultivation by three stages. 

For Ye Ziyun, she received [ Nine Revolving Ice Phoenix Technique ]. The cultivation technique with snow wind attributes. This is not the strongest snow wind technique, but it is the most mysterious technique. Upon success in practicing it, one would be able to have nine lives. As long as the soul is not destroyed it can be revived. 

Due to the dense energy around them, that mixture of countless energy instantly made them break through the 1st Bronze Rank with their prowess vastly superior than it should. They were overjoyed to find out how strong they were and were praised by Yun Tian. 

He told them that they should focus on cultivating then stabilizing their power and refining their combat experience whereas Yun Tian told them he would train them from then on. He did master nearly every known weapon and has an in-depth understanding that he has an intent called Myriad Intent. 

After a while, they ended their cultivation and explored the entire place and showed them the sky above the clouds and amaze them with an entirely new world under his control. All three happily got along with Yun Mei, Mio, and Mia teaching them a few things about Yun Tian. 

It was amazing how they only spent a couple of hours having already reached Peak Bronze Rank which normally takes a month but considering the environment was several times better than the outside it was understandable why they reach their rank in a short amount of time. 

Once they had their fun, returned to the city lord's mansion and gave Yun Tian a peck on the cheek as he left to visit Yang Xin asking the same question as he did to the other girls. 

The moment Ye Zong and Ye Xue met their daughter was instantly dumbfounded when they sensed the power exuding from their daughter. It was far too profound and powerful that black gold rank felt that he would still be wounded if he wasn't careful against his daughter.

"Ziyun'er who taught you how to cultivate?"

He vaguely guessed who it was and if it was right then he was willing to engage the two once they dealt with the Sacred Family. 

"Yun Tian taught me!"

Ye Xue glanced at her husband and met his gaze and immediately understood what they had to do, especially how much Yun Tian gave them. It was monstrously fast how she began from having no rank to peak Bronze Rank! Even those older than her would take months to reach her current rank and this happened only a couple of hours!

Huyan Xiong was more ecstatic after learning that Yun Tian was actually a genius and had taught his daughter the cultivation method that accelerated her growth! Whatever his family says, he would be determined to engage his daughter with him and this causes Lanruo to get excited to become his fiancee. 

They celebrated at her breakthrough while Xiao Ning'er met with her father who cried in tears of joy seeing how her daughter met someone that would be able to protect her if the chances of the Sacred Family ruining their Winged Dragon Family.

When the day comes that they are free from the grasp of the Sacred Family then he would be willing to give Xiao Ning'er to Yun Tian if she wishes to. As the uproar continued from Yun Tian action, he soon arrived at the Alchemist Association noticing the number of people visiting and taking their chances to become an alchemist had increased, especially commoners studying to become one. 

He was thrilled to them grow and head inside where he met with a receptionist skipping the line making the people frown and was about to be apprehended when he took out a token that show that he was Senior Alchemy Master instantly silent them and shocked that young boy had the token and doubted that it would be fake since it is severe crime to pretend someone you are not. 

The receptionist's eyes widened having been informed of the possibility of a young boy having a token and at that moment the receptionist quickly guided him to where Yang Xin was working hard on making pills. Everyone was gossiping wondering who he was and why he had the privilege to skip the line unaware of what the token was until someone told them and wondered how it was possible. 

Yun Tian saw how well she was using her skills in forming a pill. It was fortunate that they arrived as she was finishing and stopped for a moment as she turned to face Yun Tian immediately causing her expression to light up in excitement. 

"Y-Yun Tian you're back!"

Her voice and tone were noticeably different from how she normally speaks to anyone. The Receptionist was baffled looking at the young boy and thought that Yang Xin had a thing for a little boy. They left the room as Yang Xin asked how his journey was and gave the same answer as he did with the girls.

"How about you? Show me how much you learn and how far you've improved."

Yang Xian eagerly showed her the skills that she learns having taught her the most simple and fundamental methods of alchemy. When performing alchemy the first thing one needs to know is the 5 normal elements and the 2 higher elements The two higher elements are Yin and Yang. Yin is the element associated with dark, cold, or moon. Yang is the element associated with light, heat, or sun. These two elements on their own are quite powerful, and maybe dangerous if not taken care of properly.

When together, based on what the alchemist can do, the Yin and Yang can cancel each other out, and make a pill neutral, or help each other to become even stronger, and make a pill with highly volatile energy. One should always think twice if you have to deal with either of these elements in a pill, especially if they are together.

There are 5 ways these elements can interact with each other. They can either 'Empower' the other element, 'Control' the other element, 'Overwhelm' the other element, 'Weaken' the other element, or 'Ruin' the other element.

Just like wood 'Empowers' fire by feeding it, water can 'Empower' wood to make it grow. Earth can 'Control' water by absorbing it. Metal can 'Ruin' fire by taking its heat away and de-energizing it.

All 5 elements do something to one of the other elements, in all of the 5 different categories. Knowing what does what, and which ones can be used is very important when making pills with higher harmony. 

Yun Tian saw great potential within Yang Xin and watched how easily she's able to control the flames creating Elixirs. She finished the pill and quickly presented it to him asking for his opinion. He inspected it noting that there aren't any flaws in them and said.

"You've improved in the short amount of time you are able to form a high quality pill."

She was delighted to hear his praise and said.

"Thank you, it's all because of you that I've improved this much without you then I don't know how far I'll go."

Yun Tian nodded and told her a few more things on how to improve her pill creation. Yang Xin quickly took note of them and was excited to try them all. 

"Can I ask you something, Yang Xin."

"Anything."

Yang Xin was willing to do anything if she gets the chance to continue pursuing alchemy. It was her long time dream of becoming an alchemy and uncovering new things while improving her insight. 

"Then come with me, I will tell you a few things about me." 

In the next moment her eyes widened when he turned into his true form and nosebleed seeing how handsome he appeared. Her heart was racing and face heats up flustered looking at him where he moved closer as she couldn't move a muscle and was in a trance-like state. 

"This is my true form, the truth is…"

Yang Xin returns to reality and is shocked upon learning that he was actually a thousand years old and had been pretending to be a child to avoid people's attention. She couldn't hold back and told him how much he meant to him that she was willing to follow him. It meant that she could be with him and learn more about alchemy. He scanned her status to see what kind of cultivation method would be suitable for her.
