Ch–34 Ghost Mission Pt-1

Rosa stood in front of the person she called twenty three. She held the letter in her hands. ‘I thought I am not meant to be a ghost.’

Her curiosity got the better of her. She quickly tore open the letter. “It is a summons?”

Usually for Rosa since she was close to Eisen in the past. She would just be told the details and move to work. “You need to report tomorrow early morning in front of the gate. I will be escorting you. Make sure to armor up.”

He left after uttering all these words. He did not wait for her to reply anymore to the instructions. The ghosts are the people who are spread out in different parts of the empire. This was according to the wish of Commander Eisen. He is also the one who made necessary to address each other in numbers to make sure they are not revealed. It was a measure to ensure the safety of their loved ones.

So in a regular day if a ghost meet one another they would not recognize each other even if they do they would ignore their identity.
