Where Are They?

Xavier sat down on a comfortable chair, it was dark as it was night, and being night there was a peaceful silence, no one either than Alex was heard, but Xavier in a daze blocked off Alex, he couldn't hear a sound as Alex shot his mouth off for the past ten minutes. Xavier with his eyes facing the window did not blink, not even once.

" Hey! Are you even listening?"

" Wha."

Alex then placed his palm over his face," Ah never mind, anyway, why are your mom and dad taking so long? Is something going on? Shouldn't Feran be home by now, and why did your mom leave to check up on him?"

" If so I wonder what's going on." Xavier quietly answered.
