Chapter-3

"Deceleration, huh," said Arceus, gazing at Velzard.

"Yep," replied Veldanava, smiling as he watched Velzard and Dialga playing together.

"So why didn't you give her 'Nava' as a last name?" asked Arceus, a question mark appearing in his eyes.

"It's complicated," said Veldanava with a smile.

"Oh, you sense it too, right?" Arceus asked, his smile vanishing.

"Yeah, take care of it," said Veldanava, rubbing Arceus's head.

"Okay," said Arceus, turning around. "Pests," he muttered with a scowl as he exited the ice cavern.

Outside, different -/races pointed their weapons at him. 

"Surrender!" yelled a humanoid with an imposing, muscular physique, deep green skin, and tribal tattoos. His fierce expression was accentuated by prominent tusks and dark hair tied back in a high ponytail. He wore a mix of leather and fur armor, decorated with bones and metal, and carried a large weapon strapped to his back.

"A war goblin and humans," said Arceus, confused.

"What, you never seen monsters working with humans before?" asked a fat extra bandit.

"Nah, I have never seen humans that work with monsters before," retorted Arceus.

"Raghhr!" yelled the goblin, charging at Arceus with his hammer.

"Bang!" The hammer hit the ground, creating a large cloud of smoke.

"Disgusting," said Arceus, pulling his hand out, holding a heart from the fat bandit.

"May the water and fire become one—dual magic: steam cannon!" shouted a wizard-like bandit, sending a boiling steam ball toward Arceus.

"Whoosh!" It hit Arceus without any problem.

"Is that all?" said Arceus, smiling as he waved his hand.

"Impossible," muttered the wizard.

"Bang!" Wind kicked up the dirt.

"Now that's not nice," said Arceus, holding the hammer that was about to hit him. "Now then..." Water and fire started to generate around him. He waved his hand as steam began to compress. "I wonder how steamed human tastes," he said with a sinister grin.

"Whoosh!" The steam ball engulfed the bandit.

"Arraahg!" yells echoed, but Arceus didn't mind.

"Swish!" Arceus waved his hand as the steam dispersed.

"Not today, I guess," said Arceus, looking at the steaming hot bones of the bandits. He turned to leave but noticed a small green snake with big round eyes watching him.

"You look quite cute," said Arceus, smiling at the snake. "Want to come with me?" he asked, holding out his hand.

"Hissr!" the serpent hissed happily, climbing onto Arceus's hand.

"Not a snake, I see," said Arceus, petting it gently.

"Your name will be Rayquaza," said Arceus. The serpent glowed and transformed into a green, serpentine creature with yellow eyes and pink lining in its mouth. It had yellow, linked, circular markings down its entire body. Though still small, about 3 feet in length and 3-6 inches in width, it coiled like a scarf around Arceus's neck and fell asleep.

"It's been about 20 years since Velzard's birth. Soon after her, the Dragon of Acceleration was born," remarked Veldanava.

"What are the humans doing?" asked Arceus, watching Rayquaza spar with Palkia.

Rayquaza had grown into a behemoth exceeding 40 feet in length and was still growing, but it was nothing compared to Palkia, who trapped him with a space barrier and played with him like a toy.

"I am the strongest," declared Palkia, playing with Rayquaza like a ragdoll.

"No, you are not! Bro, help me!" yelled Rayquaza.

"Of course, my brothaar," said Giratina, appearing behind Palkia as the boss theme started to play.

"Fuck," Palkia uttered his final words.

"Same as always, overestimating themselves," said Veldanava with a frown.

"So they are the weakest species?" asked Arceus.

"Yeah, we need to deal with it," said Veldanava with a smile as he stood up. "Come, let's meet the king of the humans."

Humans had started to form small colonies, but a young, arrogant man had united many colonies into one and became its leader.

[Location: Market]

"Apples! Fish!" street vendors yelled out the names of their products.

"Quite chaotic," said Arceus, wearing a cloak to hide his beautiful appearance.

"Yeah," said Veldanava from beneath his own cloak.

"So you didn't use an illusion or anything, just to feel like an assassin?" asked Arceus.

"Not quite, but let me tell you, Arceus, fighting, mechas, and this are all a man's romance," said Veldanava as he held out his hand.

"Bang!" Another cloaked figure collided with Veldanava and fell on her butt.

"Are you okay?" asked Veldanava, offering his hand.

"Beautiful," muttered the woman.

"Thank you," replied Veldanava with a smile, causing the woman to blush.

"I am Lucia. Who are you?" asked Lucia, smiling.

"My name is Veldanava."
