"....so....am I dead?" A disembodied soul asked to... something in front of him.

"No actually. Your body is still very much alive, um...Kai" a voice came from nowhere yet sounded out all around Kai.

He was not bothered nor weirded out by hearing it which on its own was weird.

"Kai?" Kai inquired.

"Yes. Your previous name cannot and will not be pronounced by any godly being." The being answered completely losing the boy. "Why?" He asked

"Because of a previous you."

"...me?"

"Yes. You see, a god went and pulled that version of you out to be his entertainment but things went out of control when he got stronger and had his heart set on vengeance on the gods that used him.

He tracked down every god responsible for his death and rebirth his cause of suffering more than 15 000 years of loneliness, each death he experienced will inevitably be reversed just for a new saga. He went crazy...they drove him crazy.

So when he finally got the power to end them, he took delight in doing so and ended up becoming an omniversal being who's name cannot be mentioned without him knowing it.

The god swore and banned his name from any and all records for fear he might hunt them down as well.

Some gods summoned heroes to combat him yet somehow made him stronger, so the gods took drastic measures and summoned another you gave him nigh omnipotent power and had him defend them but because he was another him, he understood why that him hated us gods.

The second you did manage to talk the first down but in exchange for him stopping his god hunts we had to promise to give other yous in the universes a chance, even if random to experience a fulfilling life.

Since then we have pulled timeline varients of you and given them a choice, to continue their current lives OR to reincarnate and experience another.

So. What is your choice?" The being said leaving the boy in complete and utter awe.

After a few seconds of silence he hesitantly looked toward the being, "...So what Number am I then?"

"Does it matter?"

"Not really then....so what now?" Right as he asked that light gathered in front of him and formed a screen and on it were the words ABILITY and [Roll] right under that.

"...a roulette? No, guess it's gacha right? Kinda cliche ain't it, a soul dies and ends up in the void meets some ROB gets op powers and goes on to have a harem in some world." Kai said comically.

'hmmm? What is with him and harems? All versions of him end up asking the same thing when girls are involved' the being mused before answering."Void? We're not in the void, we are inside of you.

The fifth you that started out in Marvel ended up as an omegaversal entity so powerful each of his cells them cells signify a multiverse. The only other you out there currently able to match him is the Themyscira resident Half-Amazon half-God you in DC....there is another runner up again from DC though that one is the biological child of the Kent's and younger brother of the adopted Kal-El"

"....ummm what?....nope you know what I'm not even going to ask." He said as he floated toward the screen and pressed it. The screen started shifting.

With a sound the screen came to a stop and the information of the skill popped up.

Kai looked at the skill was pretty good but he didn't like it Imran he'd seen what ×777 Multiplier could do especially in the labido department and that was only 777, now imagine 1 000 000 now that would be suffering in every sense of the word. Contemplating for a bit before calling out to the voice again.

" Hey ummm....ROB can I edit the skill or do I get another chance." A few moments passed before he heard a reply. "I don't see why not, you can edit it but it will not exceed the original's rank."

Getting the go ahead an option button appeared next to the skill like on a phone. What seemed like hours passed yet none of that was visible in this realm devoid of anything he finished editing am was kinda smug about the modification he'd made to the skill. He tapped the screen again to view it.

He was proud of his skill though he was a bit puzzled at how it suddenly dropped rank like that and before he had time to ponder the voice answered him seeming to know of his confusion. "The previous skill was a singularity, the first of its kind to reach over thousands. Not to mention the fact is was as passive as it was active, unlike your totally passive skill."

Kai was glad he got an answer but quickly turned defensive at the thought of somebody prying into his thoughts. He knew he wouldn't be able to empty his mind so he did the next best thing, he Invisioned lovecraft horrors before a shout made him stop.

"WAIT! STOP! I WON'T READ YOUR MIND SO STOP THINKING ABOUT THAT SHIT UNLESS YOU WANT TO THEM TO FIND YOU!" The give hurriedly said startling Kai. Though he himself was scared cause he found out those outer gods really exist he didn't show it.

"Anyway.... I'll start your reincarnation now." He voice continued as he disappeared. "I'll give you an extra skill.....as sorry for peeking.
