Hokage can be a man or a woman

Hokage can only be picked by using a vote of the Clan and civilians

Hokage can only give to the rightful person that deserves to hold the position

Actually being Hokage doesn't need to be smart or strong, you only need to be accepted by everyone.

Who thought that his decision in the past because of the circumstances he got at that time changed everything?

Tobirama knows that picking Third Hokage without asking everyone actually changes how everything should do.

If not for his life is already in the end and only two of his disciples are on his side he will pick different.

He know what kind of person his disciples.

Danzo is a tyrant person full of ambition but lacking in strength is not qualified to be Hokage.

Uchiha his third disciple is from the opposite clan so he can't pick him even if he shows the perfect attitude of a Hokage.

Sarutobi, on the other hand, is the smartest of them all but he is timid, he can hide it but Tobirama can clearly see it from his eyes that's why he picks Sarutobi's timid nature over Danzo's ambitious dream.

He can clearly see, these people don't value them at all, even though they are the founder of the village their loyalty is actually only to Sarutobi.

"Sick? Is all the Root also sick that's why they can't come here. Where is the Root Captain why he is not here?"

Tobirama and Hashirama feel stupid, watching any enemy that will join the fun.

What's the use, the Konoha is already full of invaders adding another group doesn't change their situation, what is the use of them if they only watching and not helping?
