Set it on fire
"Damn it, Layla," Fenrys curses as I wipe the blood from my face.
My hand pauses - covered with my blood - in front of me. The blood, it's spilling from between my lips, which given how much that blast backwards hurt shouldn't be too surprising. But...it's also coming from my eyes, which can't be good.
"You are only going to hurt yourself. That was a wonderful display a second ago, but you can't beat me. You can't hurt me either."
I huff a sardonic breath, mostly stemming from annoyance that he is probably right. Nothing I have done so far has left more than a scratch on him. He has been playing with me, with us all, for his amusement. I don't think he considered me a threat for a single moment. But now....something is really wrong with me.
