If anyone loved Roselia the most in the world, it would be her Papa. Even though Atticus was her earliest memories, Cecil was in all of the ones before and after him. Despite being buried in paperwork, meetings, training, and parenting, Cecil always made time for Roselia. He'd cook her breakfast, arrange her lunch, and return to make dinner. He took on the housewife duties and would comb her hair every morning and night.
