We went back to our pack and came back after a few moments.

This time, we came with a lot of potions, enough to go around and heal all the afflicted.

When we arrived, Joe didn’t show his face, instead. Ally was the one who sat in front of the pack house and waited for our arrival.

When she saw us, she greeted us with a decent smile, "Alpha Joe has other business to attend to, so he won’t be able to accompany you, but he doesn’t mind you being here, so feel comfortable."

Like ever he would mind. She need not say it, but everyone knew that was just his excuse for not seeing Aaron and me.

It was a lame excuse if you ask me.

"I'll take you to my sister's grave in the forest. I also hope we can find out the problem as soon as possible." Ally nodded to us and kindly led us to the forest.
