When Polly awoke, Malcolm attended to her health and prepared a nice meal for her to eat. Polly was willing to eat them to avoid stressing Malcolm, since he went through the trouble of using an unfamiliar kitchen just to make sure she eats something.
When she was done finishing her meal on the plate, Malcolm proceeded to tie her hair in a ponytail.
He always surprisingly brought out her inner child, and she sometimes forgets how multi-talented Malcolm can be. He was the one who always dressed her hair whenever she needed to get ready for school, and he would drop her off together with Norman. Her father was not always at home except during the weekend, so she and Norman would spend quality time with Malcolm.
