Laila's POV

I introduced Maria and Cherie to both Flake and Charlie. To Selena and Charlie, i introduced Maria, Charlie, cherie, flake and Angel. and I was glad they liked each other, I had the best time of my life with them as they cracked jokes and we discussed ourselves. It was fun indeed, then I noticed Maria blushing and I looked at her

"Maria, you're as red as a tomato." I whispered and she giggled

"He's naughty, he's been staring at me all this while, he looks good too." Maria pointed to Gen and everyone's attention moved to him, he sat on a counter looking hot on his revealing polo shirt and black jeans, he stared at her nonstop with affection love in his eyes, I whistle and wiggled my brows and Selena smiled. Seems like Gen finally found his mate

"He hates suit," I said to Maria

"He's been staring at me ever since I sat here, have I got a smug on my face?" She whispered and we laughed, Maria and Flake seems to be of same comedy group.

"You should go to him, I think you both are meant for each other." Charlie suggested and Angel nodded

"Go talk to him." Angel urged her, she understood the situation as well

"Okay, but it's weird." She said and we   encouraged her "okay, I'm going..." She said looking nervous.

"You know, she's never gotten a chance to date." Cherie said

"Well... She'll understand soon." Angel said winking at me, I smiled and seeing how shy Gen was marveled me. Gen looks matured than his age but truthfully, he's just 21, and I bet Maria was 24, but who cares? They're mates right? I glanced over at Flake as the others chatted, I saw her staring at a direction and I turned to the direction, she's watching Gray chat with some Alpha kids. I decided to tell her everything about our kind.

"Do you know about the werewolves?" I heard her heart raced and I guessed she knew "you already know don't you?" I asked and she nodded gently

"I know what you're about to say, Gray, please don't let anyone know.." She stated and I chuckled

"No silly, everyone here apart from a few are werewolves, king Amos too and... I too." I said and she gasped in shock as she covered her mouth from yelling loud "so don't tell anyone, not even charlie and Maria, Angel already knew." I said and she still stood transfixed at a point

"I discovered my wolf at 18, she's Sapphire." I said and she blinked

"You..you're.... What?" She retorted

"I discovered it and decided to leave, you know, I think you guys hated the werewolves.." I said "I'm sorry.." I said and she sighed and shook her head

"Can't believe I'm in the land of the werewolves" she said

"Little wonder you're this gorgeous and shinny." She recommended and then she turned to me "I think I should help myself with a glass." She was still pissed off and I knew it. She was heading to the drink lady when she bumped into someone, I gasped as I saw the resemblance between him and Gray and his eyes flickered in affection and guilt. He muttered 'mate' and I smiled. Flake was also mated to a werewolf, he said something and she slapped him hard , everyone gasped including me. He was really handsome, she humiliated him but instead of him yelling at her, he looked at her with a pleading expression, feeling so guilty. I wondered why he was guilty and looks so much like Gray, then realization dawned on me and I gasped "How could he?" I growled and plodded towards them. Then Gray rushed towards her

"Leave her alone!" He growled and I knew instantly that he was the son of an Alpha, I was surprised and when I looked at the handsome fellow, his aura, I knew instantly that he was an Alpha, he squatted to Gray's level and twitched his head to a side, staring deeply at Gray, he sniffed him gently and his eyes widened.

"Let's go Gray." Flake said, she was scared and angry as tears filled her eyes, he tried to hold her

"Don't. Touch. Me." She warned and Carried Gray as she rushed towards the door, he tried following her and I shook my head growling at him. He bowed and then he left through the back door.

"Hello there Luna." I heard a deep voice called and I turned towards the direction of the voice as my eyes met a pair of honey brown orbs "we meet again." He stated with a smile as his eyes landed on my breasts and curves

"This dress looks like a million dollars to me." He stated and I scoffed

"You should not flirt with someone else's mate." I warned

"I don't care honey, I met you first." He stated in his deep voice

"Well you're mistaken, when mates have issues, they settle right?" I raised my brow and someone took my champagne from behind, it's not Chris. I turned to see Eugene, Marcus brother and I felt guilty again

"Yeah that's right, you should feel guilty, it's your fault he died." Eugene said as he douned all the contents in the glass and I angrily wanted to leave when I felt a hand pulled me back

"Wanna leave hun? I'm not done yet." Lugard said as Sapphire growled at him and pushed him.

"Let her go, she's mine." Eugene said and I growled at him.

"You're a pretty damsel Luna." I heard another Alpha said as I heard a deep growl and I knew instantly that it was Chris, I can't let him show his true self here so I hugged him.

*How dare they touch her, she's mine* he thought and I brought my lips down to his. I kissed him passionately and his anger subsided.

"Mine," he growled

"Sorry, I didn't know she's yours" Lugard said with jealousy while Eugene growled

"You owe me for my brother's death." Eugene stated, I felt Clark wanting to take control and I tried calming him immediately, I didn't want him to kill anyone, he pulled me immediately to his chamber, he was fuming and I gulped. Be threw me on the bed and locked the door.

"You let them touch you? I'm sorry, I'll kill them, you have to remain here." He warned and I quickly rushed to the door, blocking him from leaving

"You go nowhere Alpha, you need to take care of me now." I was already wanting him and him locking the door aggravated my desires for him. He smiled and shook his head

"I want you too, but a crime is a crime." He said and pushed me away

He walked towards the throne room

"If you kill them then don't come close to me again." I meant the words I said as I entered the room, yet he didn't stop, I entered the room and became scared, he's going to kill them, I don't want them killed. I paced back and forth in his large chamber. I need to stop him, I wanted to open the door but it was locked

"Damn you!" I cursed and kicked the door hard but it was made of metallic wood. I took off my dress and shoes and I entered his bed. He's really mean and I meant my words, he knew I meant it, he won't kill them right? I grunted and stayed on the bed for some time, soon I heard the clinking sound of the door and he entered with a tray in his hands, putting on a sleeveless shirt and jeans pant, I turned to my left.

"I didn't kill them, just warned them." He said and I could tell he was saying the truth. I felt the other side of the bed sank as his finger tips brushed my exposed back, a spark rushed through my body and I subconsciously turned to him.

"Please eat." He pleaded and I sat up, on my Lacey and netty bra. I ate the strawberry cake and while I was still on my rice, his hands traveled to my breast as he squeezed it....
