Amos POV
The day of the ceremony finally came, I really hate ceremonies but since I had Laila, I just decided to make her happy, proud and comfortable. I know she's not used to all the Luna stuff but I will start helping her by engaging in all this meetings and stuffs.
I wore my royal robe, with my scepter and crown. That's how i am to present myself, it's a law in the Moonlight pack set up by my Ancestors, Laila is not yet aware of these Laws and I won't force them on her, our Lineage of Alphas' ensures things are being followed orderly and differently that's why our pack is the most prosperous and we are being recommended by other pack as the Alpha of all Alphas'. I wanted to look my best today, not for any other reason but to see the reaction I'd have on my Luna, I smiled at myself, I can't believe that I already fell for a woman and I prayed to the moon goddess that she don't betray me else though it may hurt but I might not spare her life. I walked to the Throne room, we'll soon have The Alphas' Meeting soon, this meeting helps the less privileged packs and those who lost their loved ones and possessions in a pack. At this point, every Alpha from a particular pack lends out a helping hand or whatever can be used to recruit an attacked pack, I never participated in this ceremony cos I never considered it important instead I send whatever amount of money needed, the Alphas were all surprised to hear about the ceremony i was holding because I've never held this ceremony before. I wanted to prove my worth to Laila today, I wanted her to see me performing my duties and learn from me as the Luna and also to announce our wedding, I wanted to introduce her to everyone as the Luna of my pack course so many Alphas and packs doubted I'd ever find a Luna. I wanted her to feel special and proud today and heaven knows I can't wait to see her, I smiled at myself with My guards by my side, they opened the door to the throne room
"Welcome King Amos Greyold." They announced as I instructed, I don't want the humans here to get confused and ask questions. everyone turned towards my direction, My anger boiled on seeing my uncle, I didn't send him an invitation and I'm confused seeing him here, a hand slipped into my palms and I heard Clark growled at billu.
"What are you doing here?" I asked her and she scoffed
"I was bethroted to you, I should be your Luna and I'm ready to fight anyone over you." She stated shamelessly pushing her boobs to me
"Let go of him Billu, he's mine." Cherry said and I growled
"ENOUGH!" everyone turned towards me as both ladies flinched.
"Welcome Queen Laila Greyold." I turned towards her and for a moment my world stopped. Clark purred and she turned towards me with the most beautiful smile I've ever seen. Her golden hair made her look more enchanting than the queen she really was and her dress revealed all her curves, it looks so expensive and beautiful, that everyone gasped in awe of her beauty, I was glad I get to spend on it, I walked to her full of pride. Clark growled at the men ogling her, she glared at cherry and billu and I scoffed, I locked our fingers together and everyone gasped
"I and my fiancee welcomes you all to our wedding on the 15th of next month, and I appreciate your coming here." I said and there was a loud cheering and applause coming from those who wished us well, I glanced at my uncle with hatred, I felt her grip soothing my nerves as I faced her and gently pecked on her lips
"You have a meeting to address Alpha." She stated and I smiled
"I can postpone it if I want, you're tempting me Laila, I don't want any other man around you, and with your appearance today, can make a man go any miles, please stay with me." I pleaded and she giggled, her beauty was beyond any woman present here
"I'm always with you." She patted me
"I have to go to my friends, do your duty Alpha, I need to leave." She kissed me and left. Watching her leave was making me restless and I'm really confused.

Alpha Clinton's POV
At first when this invitation was handed out, my wolf Jeff became excited and urged me to attend the ceremony, Alpha Amos was an Alpha I'd never turn down as he's lended me help twice my pack was attacked. And this being his first Alpha ceremony, I wanted to honor him and so I attended but jeff's excitement was something else and I liked it too. At the Alphas' meeting, every Alpha was present and meeting the new Alpha, Alpha fred, he's Alpha Hughes son and he was a meek type as well, meeting Alpha Eugene who was also a recommended Alpha and there were other Alphas too... Nevetan, Amos greedy and evil uncle grined as he sat close to Amos who glared at him.
"I know you don't want me here Nephew, but I'm an Alpha and I'm your uncle, it will be bad if I'm absent here." Nevetan stated and Amos stood up with a scary expression on his face as he walked to his uncle
"I'll appreciate with a bad heart, but don't even think of coming to my wedding, else Clark will shred you to pieces." He warned. If anyone should be afraid of a wolf, it should be the merciless Clark, Amos wolf. It surprised me how he got a mate, he killed his mother and some witches after a month his father was killed and he became an Alpha at 15, Clark shed blood like it was his pleasure and every Alpha never wants to encounter his wrath. At the meeting, The One Bond pack was suffering from famine and draught. We all decided to lend them help, we also assisted some packs who were having problems as well. After the meeting I decided to leave at once, I was feeling unease, Alpha Mesh, a friend of mine caught up with me.
"Hey there clint, where to?" He asked and I saw a blonde clung to him like he was her last breath, I knew very well that Mesh was a womanizer, but seeing the love between them, I smiled at him
"Finally found her?" He nodded "hey there beautiful how are you?" I asked and she shyly murmured "I'm fine."
"Benny, meet my friend Clinton and Clint, meet my mate Benny." He introduced and we shook hands
"I really need to leave now," I said to Mesh who frowned
"The party's still on." He noted and I nodded, Jeff was making me feel uncomfortable I had on choice
"Yeah, enjoy." I said and with that I headed for the door when I bumped into a lady "sorry." I said without looking at her. Then that scent captured me, her scent of Rose, I looked up and it was truly her
*MATE* Jeff growled. Guilt filled my heart immediately and I saw the pain in her eyes, my heart clenched, I've suffered all this years when she slept with other men, but I wanted her back yet I didn't want her back. I ruled my pack without her and yet I hurt her, I was horrible.
"Flake." I called and she slapped me hard. Yes, I waited for this, I knew it will happen but instead of pain I felt guilt all over, I raped her, it was my fault. I don't know if to thank her for the slap? I was confused, I saw her tears and I wanted to hold her when a kid rushed towards her
"Leave her alone." He growled at me in anger and I squatted to his level, he was a very handsome version of myself, he looks just like me and I felt a blood connection towards him
